I walked into Carl’s Jr. expecting the usual—grab a quick bite, maybe chill out from the heat a bit. What I didn’t expect? A drink that turned into an experience. The Tropicali Refreshener. Yeah… that name alone sounds like a vibe. But let me be clear—it wasn’t just a vibe. It was an awakening. On one of the hottest days this season, this drink showed up like a hero in a chilled cup. From the first sip, I was hooked. A bold splash of mango hit first—tropical, sweet, and refreshing—but there were these subtle flavor notes dancing underneath. I couldn’t even name them all, but together? They sang a harmony that satisfied my body, quenched my thirst, and sparked my creativity all in one go. This wasn’t just hydration… it was restoration. Now let’s talk service—because good flavor without good energy just doesn’t hit the same. Elizabeth A. at the register didn’t just take my order, she created a connection. Genuine, welcoming, and on point. But it wasn’t just her. Every single employee at this Carl’s Jr. location worked like a championship team—checking in, smiling, moving with purpose. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out, I felt seen. That’s leadership. That’s culture. That’s what service should be. Now let me be real—I’m not endorsing Carl’s Jr. But I am a speaker who values excellence, a digital creator who captures experiences, and a reviewer who tells it like it is. And this moment? It was worth sharing. Not just for the drink—but for what it represented: Teamwork. Quality. Presence. And a product that overdelivers. So if you’re looking to cool off, fuel up, and tap into an unexpected burst of refreshment and positivity—take a detour and try that Tropicali Refreshener. Trust me—it’s more than a drink. It’s a reminder that sometimes the best experiences come when you’re not even looking for them. Stay bold. Stay curious. And stay thirsty for more than just the usual.

This is the most terrible service hav e attempted to receive.. I came here 1/23/2023 and I’m still sitting in here making this review. Terrible, talkative hosts, did not colect my order or acknowledge or greet me when I walked through the door. I waited in line for exactly 22 mins without getting any service or help . No one asked what I wanted , no one said we will be with you shortly…. I left to the Ralph’s next door to get something, came back, and still the same thing … no service . I’m not bashing I’m being very honest about my terrible service

Carl’s Jr. makes a solid charcoal-grilled cheeseburger, and I appreciate that their Angus burger is good quality. One big reason I choose Carl’s Jr. is that they don’t fry their burgers, which is a big plus for me. However, the atmosphere could use some work, the furniture feels outdated, and cleanliness isn’t always the best. I’ve also noticed that in some locations, homeless individuals stay for long periods, which can make the dining experience less comfortable. Still, if you’re looking for a decent grilled burger, it’s a good option.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It is a waste of time and money. They not only get your order wrong about 75% of the time, most of the staff is rude beyond compare. (With the exception of Jacqueline on night shift; she is the one gem at this location and is probably the sweetest person in existence. ) And if you're thinking, "Well, they have a DM location number AND a district manager direct line on the receipt, why not just call?" Don't bother. One is a number with a full voice-mail, and the other you can leave a message that they'll never return. I will leave an example of just one particular night (which I have been trying to report for 1 week now with no response) that happened on 12/12/21 @11:27 PM. The cashier was Jannatul. She was extremely rude and unprofessional on the loudspeaker. When I arrived to the box to give her my order, she just said, "yeah", so I thought she was maybe speaking to someone at the window, so I waited. Then after a few seconds she said, "are you going to order or not?" I gave her my order, she repeated it but left out the drink. I asked, "did you get my drink as well?" To which she replied, "yeah, you said sprite" and I corrected her by saying, "no ma'am, raspberry iced tea." She said, "yeah, yeah, yeah. Pull up to the window." (Without stating my total.) I waited for my turn at the window and noticed while 2 cars back, she was not wearing a mask. It was below her chin. I get to the window where she is preparing my drink, no mask on, yawning the entire time. Every time she came to the window, she opened just enough to reach her hand/ the item to me, with her eyes closed; she never said a word to me, never gave me my total, never asked if I wanted condiments, and never gave me a chance to ask for anything, since her eyes were closed and her head tilted away from me. (Look, I get it, it's almost midnight and you're tired, but that's just ridiculous. I had just gotten off a 16-hour shift at the hospital, working with covid patients, and you're gonna break state mandate and not wear your mask, then refuse to do the job you signed up for?! And the thing is, she is ALWAYS RUDE. The mask was the final straw for me.) I snatched the bag from her and threw it onto the passenger side and drove off. After all that, I get home, throw away the drink Jannatul yawned all over, then open my food to find something I can't even eat. I ordered a beyond burger with no cheese as I'm a vegan. I received a beyond burger covered in cheese with bacon added to it. Couldn't eat it at all. So I wasted $12.58 (not to mention the countless other times I've gotten the wrong order) and about 10 minutes of my night. Again. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Unless Jacqueline is behind the window, I promise you will be disappointed. Worst service ever, laws broken, food wasted. Order...

UPDATE JUNE 20, 2024: The day crew is consistently helpful, professional and friendly. This is rare these days and I must recognize it.

I'm basing my 5 star rating on JUSTICE alone. He was working the front counter and the drive thru. He did everything right. He's friendly and personable and treats everyone with respect. He has fun at his job.

A gentleman - a security guard for the shopping center - came in while I was ordering and asked for the key code for the restroom. Justice said it was out of order. The gentleman reacted in a disappointed way (as if he really needed to use the restroom). Justice apologized and explained that it was because of some kind of plumbing issue. He handled it perfectly. The gentleman left and that was it. He didn't say anything else.

A coworker or manager, a Hispanic/Latina lady was on break. She said, "You don't have to explain anything to him. Just tell him no. He's so rude." Now I suspected the restrooms were closed early because they had been cleaned. The gentleman wasn't rude. Even if he was rude, Justice still handled the situation the right way - politely and with respect.

We never know what people are going through or what kind of day they're having. We need more people in customer service like Justice. Bad moods are contagious and so are positive and friendly attitudes, like Justice posseses. If everyone treated everyone else like Justice treated me and the security guard who needed to use the restroom, the world would be a better place.

Don't let a negative, rude coworker or manager change who you are and the way you do things, Justice....
