Update: After going back several times to give them another try I can honestly say the customer service changed completely! When you go above and beyond that's how you make the customer happy.

I'll make sure never to place an order at this Carl's Jr. location. The first red flag was over two or three months ago when I placed an order through the drive-thru. So the young cashier took my card, before taking my card he told me the total. He swiped my card, after receiving my receipt I got a notification from cash app but the amount that was charged for was $2 extra. I pointed this out to him and after doing so I received my phantom charge to my card. I can tell the young guy was doing something suspicious by his whole body language too! Fast forward to today 5/23/24 placed an order online tell the person my name, then I was told to pull up to the window to get my order. The lady acted like she wasn't going to give me my order AFTER telling her the name on the personal order. So I showed her my phone and said at the same time "This is the first time I have to show you my phone AFTER telling you the name on the order." But her excuse for asking to see my phone was "IT WAS BUSY" 🤔 I observed two customers in the dinning room so that let me know she was lying and she was completely wrong. My previous experience complaint with Carls Jr. was handled apologetically, so kindly, non-dismissive and professionally by everyone (though email first) a few months ago. Long story short, I don't live in the area, so I wasn't able to redeem my complimentary meal offer, that's why I came a few months later. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! I was assisted by smiling faces... manager Ms Mary and manager Ms Dinora. They were so sweet and and the order was exactly how I liked it and the fries were piping hot too 🔥🥰!! I will DEFINITLY be back at this Carl's Jr location, especially since I just learned it's a 24 hr location!!

In summary, I've chalked my last experience to an overloaded understaffed night. Businesses slip a little, once in a while, because we're human, but it's how they fix it that counts☝🏾💯.
