Very disappointing experience due to poor management and unprofessional behavior.

Came here on a Thursday night to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday. What should have been a fun evening was completely thrown off by how poorly a situation was handled by the staff, especially the bartender and the manager. My sister-in-law and her friend, both minors, went to the restroom while we were eating outside. A staff member knocked on the bathroom door and walked away. A few minutes later, the bartender came out and yelled at them, accusing them of being ill-mannered and asking what was wrong with them, just because they were laughing and talking. They came back upset and told us what happened. Shortly after, the bartender came up to our table in an aggressive tone and again insisted that she saw them outside the restroom laughing. The friend calmly explained that it wasn’t them, it was another staff member who knocked. Then the actual staff member who knocked came by and admitted it was them, not the girls. Instead of apologizing, the bartender simply said “Oh well I’m sorry” and walked away. No sincerity. No accountability. Just attitude. Later, the employee who knocked came by and actually apologized, which we appreciated. But the bartender continued to walk around clearly angry, as if she had been wronged. Meanwhile, the manager, who was fully aware of the situation and had spoken to the employees involved, avoided the issue entirely. It wasn’t until we asked for the check that he finally approached us, said “desserts are on the house for the little incident, sorry,” and walked away. That is not how you address your staff yelling at customers. That is not how you show leadership. This was a clear miscommunication that could have been resolved with a simple apology and a moment to actually listen. Instead, we were met with hostility and zero accountability. It’s sad to see a place with decent food be completely ruined by a lack of professionalism at the top. We won’t be back. If basic respect and maturity from staff is important to you, I wouldn’t...

*UPDATED REVIEW The owner, Manuel, went out of his way to find me on social media and personally reach out to apologize for the server/gratuity issue we experienced. He made it clear that it was not their standard policy, took full responsibility, and was genuinely apologetic. He offered to refund our entire drink bill and generously provided a gift card so we could come back for a better experience. How an owner handles issues says a lot about a business, and in this case, it left a strong impression. Manuel’s response was sincere and professional, and I truly appreciate the effort. I look forward to returning for dinner and drinks in the future.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: A group of 6 of us asked if we could come in for just a drink for a friend’s birthday. It was the end of the night so they had a lot of open tables and said we could sit at a 6 top. We each had one drink and got home to find that they had added a “large party” auto gratuity of 20% (which as someone who has worked in the service industry is very indulgent to add to a party under 8, let alone that we didn’t eat) and then also did not mention they added it to our bill and let my friend add another 20% tip. Our fault for not catching the original auto added tip. But extremely shady business to be auto grat-ing a party of 6 just having a drink and not say anything. The server made $40 off 6 people having...

Casa Ado (12) makes their own pasta and it is wonderful. Everything they make is great. We love this place for dinner and have dinned in and take away. We love to dine in. It can get crowded, so we wait for off time, like just when they open at 5:00 pm.

The service is friendly and they know their wine list. Their wine list is great and the prices are not too insane.

The place is super cute with comfortable seating and the outside is really nice and if you want you can dine outside. We just love everything about it.

Their CROSTINO is so great. It is roasted bread topped with caramelized shallots, creamy burrata, crispy pancetta, and balsamic reduction. We also love their GUAZZETTO di COZZE which has a ton of mussels and clams in a garlic white wine sauce with a spicy marinara, and it is served with roasted garlic bread.

For dinner you can't beat any of their pastas. My favorite is their LOBSTER RAVIOLI served with shrimp pink tomato sauce. Their SPAGHETTONI VONGOLE is an Italian classic with Manila Clams sautéed in a white wine garlic sauce. The pasta of the day is always great as well.

Whatever you get you will be happy. Parking is for a fee in the large lot. Have...

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Casa 12 Ristorante during my visit to Westside LA, and it was an unforgettable experience! This place radiates authentic Italian charm, from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the incredible dishes served. Service and food was 5 stars. The food was simply amazing—every bite felt like a trip to Italy. The flavors were rich, fresh, and so well-balanced. To top it all off, the vibes were unmatched. The restaurant has a cozy yet vibrant ambiance, and we were lucky enough to enjoy some live music during our visit. If you’re in Westside LA, Casa 12 Ristorante is a must-visit! I’m so glad I stumbled upon this gem and can’t wait to return on my next trip.

We had a lovely experience here last night. We actually had been a few doors up trying to get some dinner at a different restaurant but the service was so horrible we left and walked into this restaurant and it was great! Thank goodness! So, thank you Casa 12! :) The service was 10/10, very quick and efficient and table bread with oil and vinegar was in front of us within 2 minutes of sitting down basically. Followed by table side wine service and 2 great entrees! I had the feature pasta which was a squid ink linguine with scallops and it was very good! The atmosphere was really nice, warm and inviting.

I had the portobello funghi and the fusilli fungi... with house bread and oil with balsamic.. and a glass of sparkling rise.. everything was delicious especially the appetizer! I ate at the bar and the servers forgot about the house bread and then the parmesean cheese for the pasta... and I was waited on by at least 4 different people.. so service could improve. The resturant seems like a mix of locals that frequent the resturant and people in transit.... The meal was great and I'd come back to try other things!
