Terrible. Because they take forever, the place is completely packed inside and out. While some employees make the orders a few others stand around chatting, no matter how busy it is. Make sure you check your bag when you finally get your order as this place consistently gets orders wrong and/or has missing items. Same goes if you ordered delivery or pickup.
If you ordered pickup through their app, they won’t make your order until you actually arrive. Unless you mark in the app that you’re already in the restaurant even if you’re not close. In which case it would be prepared while you’re on the way there.
If you’re a delivery driver, stay away!! This chick-fil-a does not make your customers order until you check in in person!!! Which could mean a 5-25 minute wait depending how busy they are. And as there can be events across the street occasionally, the traffic in the area could get horrendous. You can risk parking on the street but there is a parking lot available. It’s up to you whether or not going in the lot is worth the time loss. Other chick-fil-a’s make the customers order as soon as they receive it. Why can’t this one?!?!? I get that they want to keep everyones order hot and fresh, but why should we get punished when some no tipping loser complains that their food is cold??? If you want your food fast and warm, you should tip.

First, just for FOUR chicken tenders, my order went from $9.95 to $18.63 because of all the fees for a restaurant 0.5 miles from me. Second, I ordered 3 different types of sauces and received NONE upon delivery. The sauce is what makes the food delicious and it was extremely dry without it. Third, because of one of the fees being a $2 small order fee (for orders less than $10), I decided to add a drink to receive a charge that actually made sense. This was supposed to be a small ice tea with NO ICE, which the paper stuck on my cup even states, but guess what, there was ice inside. This is a big no-no for someone with extremely sensitive teeth. Fourth, my fries were lukewarm, and my chicken tenders were cold! I am so outraged I don't think I will ever order delivery from here again! Read moreOrdered food for my family, and we didn’t receive our large fries and a Market Salad that I bought for my mother. We noticed that our order only came with one bag, which seemed unusual for the large order. Checked and sure enough, the salad was missing, along with the large fries. And yes I was charged for both items. We called the Chick-Fil-A to let them know what happened, and they assured us that they did give the salad to our deliverer. Of course, I called my delivery driver to make sure they didn’t leave it in their car and they didn’t. We called back just for them to tell us to contact the delivery service app, hang up, and stop answering our calls. No refund, no promotion codes, no anything on the house. Absolutely horrendous customer service! We wasted our time and money, but we eventually did receive a refund for the items on the delivery service app(No help from Chick-fil-A). However, this doesn’t excuse their unprofessionalism, lies, and the time they wasted.
