Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had time to kill, and I was hungry so I walked in to chipotle. Upon looking at the food selection out, it was clearly not okay, but o k, the area wasturdy. Some of the food was definitely out way too long. When I inquired about fresh being served. I was told that it's just made. But the fajitas were clearly not fresh and looked disgusting. So I grabbed some photos. Another server came out, noticed me taking photos, and offered to take my order. I asked again for fresh made, and he did so. This is a USC location. Unfortunately, there are several control issues. Someone had to let me into the bathroom. And I had to wait and remind them. I was waiting. While I sat and enjoyed my food. I noticed many people coming in from the street and helping themselves to drinks. They would bring in their own cups. Most of them were young males. It seems to be common practice. Overall and under the circumstances, this is an o k place to dine as far as location. Chipotle is definitely one of my go to eateries to grab a bite quick. This place has horrible customer service ! My brother and I went earlier today around 11, the 2 girls that took our order were extremely rude. To begin the first girl was African american of medium height she asked what I was getting and i said, " two salads and one bowl" somehow she was confused in how many items I was getting. She rudely answer, so what you are saying is you want 3 items" and i repeated myself again. At this point she aggressively served the plates and passed it on to a short hispanic girl, this girl was speaking as if she was a robot, didnt even gives us time to choose our protein preference. She serves the bowls with lack of professionalism and a rude attitude, to make it short , it was just a horrible experience for my brother and I. One last thing, the chicken was COLD, like the steam table was off. That place looked completly out of control. We wont be returning...

Please consider other locations/restaurants (such as other Chipotles, El Pollo Loco, or Panda Express) before this Chipotle. Portions for burritos are inconsistent even in the same order at times. Food tastes bland somehow despite being made fresh.

Ordering burrito bowl(s) in person with tortilla(s) separately is a safer bet should you choose this place.

Storytime: Ordered two of the exact same burritos through Uber Eats and ended up with 1 normal sized burrito and 1/4 size burrito all for ~$30. Sure I already know the price of the correctly portioned food isn't worthwhile, but it's pretty upsetting when Chipotle can't hold up their end of the bargain knowing full well the pricing on their Uber Eats storefront.

My Mexican Sprite was also room temperature. Perhaps an addition to customization for chilled or room temperature soda could be added to their Uber...
