I absolutely love Cold Stone Creamery's ice cream. It's decadent, exorbitant, and highly calorific (calorie-dense).

Beware that this location often closes an hour or so in advance. So, it closes at 9 instead of 10 PM. Hence, planning is key.

I'm a big fan of the Mud Pie Mojo. I have come here in late evenings and once, they were out of my beloved Coffee Ice Cream. It's getting busier and busier out here, so there's almost always a queue with 2 or 3 people ahead of you.

I have great respect for the employees here, since it is such manual work to create these beautiful ice cream Creations - it really works out the shoulder and upper back area. I can't imagine how sore their arms must be after a shift of work here. I applaud them for their mastery and hard work.

The flavors here are delicious and creamy - this is not the 'hardish' consistency of Baskin Robbins. This is the creamiest, smoothest, most dollar-heavy and calorie-dense consistency of ice cream your wallet can cry through. So, if you're looking for run-of-the-mill general-nature Great Value-type ice cream with a non-soft texture, this is not the place for you. It's expensive but it's truly a treat here. I never regret the ice cream I buy here - it's overpriced but I'm willing to indulge. Must speak to the quality of ice cream and calories.

I am taking one star off for parking and pricing. I hate the parking situation here; there is street parking for pick-up but it's almost always full, which leaves the only other option of metered parking up ahead around the corner of Tuscany Apartments. You've gotta parallel park for all these choices. Leaves very little time to decide or enjoy your treat once you return.... And the pricing of Cold Stone can really afford a little bit of deflation - I am 99% sure that reducing the price of mix-ins or waffle cones won't harm their profit margin that much.

I am also taking a star off because the employees did not wear gloves and I deem that as sub par for hygiene. But, then again, doesn't the nature of their work require them to be bare-handed in order to knead through all the ingredients better? Maybe.

I placed and online order which stated the order would be ready at 5:18.. I get there at 5:15.. Stand in a long line.. And they can't find my order.. So I present the order number and the girl is STILL LOOKING AT MY PHONE SCREEN asking me for the NAME, when its MY FACE ON THE CONFIRMATION SCREEN..smh.. She started preparing the order when it should've been prepared.. Its NOW 5:40 and I'm STILL STANDING HERE, being told they can't fulfill my order... No Red Velvet Cake.. No Graham Crackers..smh.. This Cold Stone Needs HELP! THEYRE UNDER STAFFED and its a lot on 2 girls! Cold Stone.. As expensive as this ice cream is, the company needs a picker upper... Hire more people.. Its over 18 people in the establishment.. And let alone.. I've been here since 5:15, waiting on ice cream... This is unacceptable!!!

Edit: Boy Oh Boy!!! I get home, thinking I'm about to enjoy my ice cream and my order isn't even right.. I specifically told them what i wanted inside... How TF you FORGET THE YELLOW CAKE?!?! The ice cream melted and I live approximately less than 5 minutes away!! I AM LIVID! THIS LOCATION NEEDS A NEW MANAGER AND OR WORKERS... IT UPSETS ME, MY ORDER WASNT INITIALLY DONE.. So I ordered from this location through their app which apparently is linked through DoorDash. DoorDash picked up the order but I never received it. I saw on the app it kept changing the dasher. Finally called the store, they informed me DoorDash picked it up and dashers keep going into get my order. Long story short, door dash refunded cold stone and cold stone was supposed to refund me bc it was through the app .never got a refund. I called everyday, several times a day and was told the manger Lupe, or the owner would call me back. I even went to the store since my calls weren’t being answered. But when I went to the store at 9:20 they were closed even though their sign and google says 10! I ended up having to put a stop payment on the card through my bank. After all of that, my craving wasn’t satisfied so several days later I decided to go to the store and get my ice cream. I ordered my founders fav. In the “like it” size. The server threw it together and barely mixed it. I asked him to mix it more, which he did but the cup was 1/2 full. I let it go and drove hm (1mile away) and the ice cream was soup. Super melted!
