Dear Chipotle,
Today, I experienced a sequence of events that left me both hungry and disheartened. It began with a simple desire for a delicious meal from your establishment – a choice I regretfully made.
After purchasing a bowl and a black tea encased in a glass bottle, I was handed my order in a standard brown paper bag. Little did I know that this bag would be the catalyst for an unfortunate series of events. Upon exiting a CVS store, the bag failed spectacularly, sending my meal and drink crashing to the floor in a messy display of broken glass and scattered food.
Stunned and embarrassed, I watched as a CVS clerk diligently cleaned up the mess. The incident not only inconvenienced the store staff but also left me without my meal.
In hopes of understanding and perhaps a gesture of goodwill, I returned to your restaurant to explain the situation. To my dismay, I was met with indifference. There was no acknowledgment of the possibility that the packaging might have been inadequate for the contents, nor was there any offer of compensation or a complimentary replacement meal.
I left your establishment for the second time, not only empty-handed but also disappointed by the lack of customer empathy and responsibility. It's not just about the spilled food; it's about the service and care that one expects from a brand like Chipotle.

Read moreIf I could put no stars I would. I am beyond frustrated with my experience, not with chipotle but with the workers and this specific location. These two female workers were very unprofessional, rude, and unorthodox. One was Latin which I have a picture of and the other one was a flamin red head.
So this is what happened I ordered a burrito and a bowl. And when I went to pay for my order they charged me extra for everything and scammed me. They charged me extra steak for both when the Latina girl only gave me a little scoop of steak. I asked her why is she charging me extra and she pathologically LIED to my face and said “well you got a lot” and the red head girl had her back and told me the same thing. I don’t understand what was the point of charging me extra when she’s not making commission on the sale. She’s in the wrong industry. I DONT recommend this location to anyone if these TWO evil, disgusting, vile women are there.

Also the Latina had her open medicine next to peoples food while checking them out. Honestly just beyond ughh. Maybe she forgot to take her meds idk but very unprofessional and lack of food safety skills.

Read moreI have been coming to this Chipotle weekly for around two years now and I'm sad to say that after today, I will not be returning. The customer service has been slowly declining over the last couple of months and today was the last straw. I entered the restaurant excited for my chicken bowl and left hungry and disappointed with the abysmal customer service. When I got to the front of the line, I was left to wait for a couple minutes while an employee who was late to their shift got ready. Said employee then proceeded to give me the worst serving sizes I have ever received from a Chipotle. When we got to the meat, I asked if he could please add a little more as the scoop looked less than an acceptable portion which is something I hate doing but please see the photo below and tell me that's a full serving of meat. He combatively responded telling me that I would need to get double meat if I wanted more, which I obviously did not do after his first scoop. I now sit here hungry writing a review that doesn't matter but I feel like the service I received today encompasses the general direction this location is headed. Please save yourself the time and go to another location or restaurant as you're most likely going to leave...
