Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Well im chsnhing my opinion of this particular taco bell.. The readon is since iv been coming here quite often for the $ 1.00 cravings crunchy beefy Fritos burrito i always open it up to add hotsauce..thats when i noticef that there was nothing in it but rice and fritos and mabe 1/2 a Teaspoon of meat. I took it back to the supervisor and they added some meat.. But this happened several times and a female supervisor. Named mary said that they are were working with portions ..and i argued my point that i should get a burrito that looks like the picture on the ordering menu. The picture shows a burrito with meat and other ingredients comming out on a cut away picture , this picture is what makes me and other customers buy it...!!! So how can they argue portions... ?? Thats false advertising....today i got two crunchy frito burritos and they had nothing but rice and a couple of fritos. And im not joking. About 1/2 a Teaspoon of meat... So its wise to check your $ 1.00 cravings burrito s because you will get a doughy flour tortilla with nothing but rice and fritos and when you bite it the first biye will be nothing but flour tortilla because they are working with so called portions...no meat ..." The parking lot at this Taco Bell is very small and there isn't any drive thru- that's not the reason why they are getting a 1 star well deserve. I came into this Taco Bell 2 months ago to order one of the Mountain Dew ice drinks they have. It was between 2-5 when happy hour is on and the drinks are $1. Well that popular flavor did not work. All the other favors suck so don't even bother. I came back 3weeks later- Mountain Dew flavor is not working again. I came back now almost 1month later and guess what? The damn machine is still not working, and the cashier giggles saying yea it still doesn't work. Hummm I feel like they stop it from working every time it's happy hour so they can sell the sucky flavored they have, not only that but the parking lot is so filthy, there was a soda cup that had spilled filled with cigars, so it smelled gross. Couple of crunch wraps on the floor smashed by a car. And a soft taco near the door stop with a hot sauce. It's like people throwing their food out because it's so gross. Customers service there sucks already. It's Taco Bell there not much to expect but at least fix your machine so I can get my $1 drink because that's the only time I...

I drove to pick up my order and was ushered to order my own food on the kiosk (all the while 3 employees stood and WATCHED me. I stayed patient and compiled. I have Tourette’s syndrome and it takes me a great deal of time to do such things but not a worry. I ordered 3 items two of which were solid but the last my extra meat was defiantly not there and it had additional ingredients I declined. I called this establishment and behold, the number is not working. It suggested on the voicemail to contact 1800TACOBELL (closed) I then called multiple other locations and after multiple routine no answers, a location said “We are not the same Franchise.”

I’m so tired of walking into a place to do the work of others as they stand there and watch and then after paying and returning all the way home with food I can’t eat! What the actual F!

This place - seeing as it has not contact for issues should be reevaluated by the “franchise” and better business bureau or what ever the hell needs to be done if you can maintain reaching them.
