Coffee Commissary — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It’s a great location the location was clean the staff seemed like they were on Quaaludes the menu had a lot to offer but again the staff were not very helpful ended up with just a hot chocolate and poured half of it out way too much cinnamon. Extremely disappointing. The guy that was helping us I’m sure he was trying to be nice but he seriously looked like he was drunk and was talking like he was drunk. The gal that was working there she didn’t seem very interested in being there at all. It’s a great location conveniently located with a great little view and a bunch of seating in the mall giving customers an opportunity to be able to rest and just relax with their packages before having to go home or shop more. Would not recommend there’s several other places that have much better...

The prices are reasonable, the sprinkle cookie was also good, my drink was good nothing really special about it however, the service is lackluster. And the cashier attempted to give herself a tip on my card, she told me the price and flipped the screen, before I proceeded to complete the transaction I noticed the price was different from what she stated, I noticed a tip option selected which increased the price, when I inquired about the price she simply said oh I guess thats with the tip, extremely dismissive. It’s so unprofessional and in my option it’s theft. How many people has she done this to, without their knowledge? Based on that I would be hesitant to patronize this...

Lots of overly sensitive and stuck up people that come to Beverly Hills. These poor people are understaffed and working so hard only to get insane complaints. Calm the ef down, if you don’t like the coffee jsut don’t come anymore, if you wait a little over 4 minutes at the front desk then leave go somewhere else, if they don’t see happy, say hi to them and treat them like a normal person.
