Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I give the drivers 5 stars because they are courteous, do their jobs correctly, and can tangibly prove they aren't the ones making errors. I give the pizza a 4 because its it's almost always perfect, in taste, and when the toppings I order come correctly as well. I Give the order takers a 0 stars. I've ordered more than 4 times, and they always make a mistake. Today I said plain wings and sauce on the side, let's just say they could have verified by calling back if the information was too vague they have my number and name(which is also misspelled,still, after correcting it twice with them) instead, They gave me ranch sauce with spicy wings. Last week they gave me a pepperoni mushroom pizza, and I asked for ham and mushrooms. The week before the pizza had cheese missing on half of the pizza, as if the pizza had been dropped or something of the sort.The time before that they lost my number and I waited two hours. And I dont even need to bother with the time before that. I can fully say I am in no way lying, because I have all phone calls recorded, a picture of the sad pizza, and when I'm constantly met with incompetence it becomes very dissapointing. I love pizza and unfortunately I can't recieve orders from another Dominos because it cant be delivered to my neighborhood, not my option. Otherwise I would have quit ordering from there. what can I do? Truly. What choice do I have. Last week I explained this predicament to the order taker after they made the mistake. My husband gave them the choice of refunding my money or keeping it as a matter of ethics, and common sense,and a test of good customer service quality.Their choice was the latter. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

My friend and I ordered two 2 toppings pizzas today (02/02/2019) at around 11:10p.m. It was really noisy when I called and she told us it was going to take 1 1/2 - 2hrs for our pizza to arrive due to weather and few staff. She also said the driver would likely not deliver the pizza to my apt door and that I'd have to come down to get it since they were behind with orders and delivery. This is after I offered building entry instructions.

Our pizza did arrive and at 1 1/2 hrs later as predicted. The driver made it up after calling the door 3 times. Once at the door my friend took our pizzas which she noticed right away were in cold boxes. Instead of waiting for her to achieve a free hand he set our Sprite on the floor right inside my door. We also didn't get a receipt. Naturally he didn't get a tip.

Our pizza was stiff and cold. When we called back for an order replacement the woman on the other end informed us that it would take yet another 2hr for delivery. The time is understandable should we get what we paid for. When my friend asked if they were short driver the operator said "I'm a be straight up whichu. We're backed up 175 orders and we only have 5 people working. So do the math". My friend lost all patience and the person on the other end hung up on us and said answer our call when we called back. The Rampart location is awesome. Food is great employee's are too. But its the complete opposite at the 3rd and Wilshire location and store. The female Mgr. Is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in this type of setting. I thought I was on candid camera because of the way she spoke to me, threatening to get one of her home boys to jump me. She got on the phone telling me to stay right there as she got on the phone to call them to come beat me up. And for what? Because I wanted to use the 50% discount I received from them. She said they don't do that at her location and she said the coupon didn't look real. It was almost 1:00am and she just wanted to argue. I said ok that's fine I will pay full price for the pizza and that's when she threw my $20 back at me and turned around and handed my pizza to onenof her guys and opened it up and took a slice out for herself and went into the back with them and ignored me. This was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. I'm thinking I reminded her of someone in her past that maybe did her wrong or something because I gave her no reason to act the way she did.
