The excellent customer service I always receive from Rudy and Abel every time I visit your bakery makes me a loyal customer. From the moment I walk in the door, Rudy and Abel greet everyone with a warm smile and are eager to assist with customers’ needs.

Not only are they extremely patient and helpful, but they also take the time to listen to my questions, concerns and offer options that meet my needs. Their professionalism and expertise make my shopping experience not only enjoyable, but also gratifying.

On the other hand, the sandwiches are fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal. There is no comparison whatsoever. The bread is always fresh and made with the best tasting meat and ingredients. The cookies are freshly made and have a smooth buttery taste that melts in your mouth. The cakes and the cannoli are top notch. I also like the variety of oils, vinegar, and spices offered to buy and take home. This place is great and highly recommend...

Ever since the trendsters mobbed Roma market I've been trying out the other local Italian groceries again. I was last here in the week before the pandemic struck, getting a tiramisu cake for my beloved Vermicella. it was nice to be back, I managed to get away without any cookies, though I took all the suggestions for olive oil and mortadella. The real reason I came was for the sandwiches, and they were excellent.they were very well-dressed, not as simple as the Roma market sandwich, but something else entirely and something entirely satisfying. What really brings them Head and shoulders above the rest , is their bread, which makes sense because they are a bakery. The bread is kind of perfect with a crusty skin. ...

This bakery captures and retains the original old world bakery traditions of Italy! All is authentic, no shortcuts, all hand-made the old school way! Original cannoli are the absolute best on the West Coast, and I would put them up against any East Coast bakery! Their fresh bread has not changed in years, always consistent and pairs well with the wonderful selection of Italian cold cuts! Sandwiches and homemade Italian sauce are great. My son gets it to impress his friends when he doesn't have time to make it! I can always find many Italian pastas, olive oil, panetone, and other imported Italian items on their shelves!
