Great team here! Warm, welcoming, fresh and fast food!

Awesome outdoor seating and parking lot. Just want to stay there and hang out as long as possible.

The food is tasty. We got a bunch of doubles, a children’s burger, tater tots, and coke. Hit the spot. The burgers have a nice fresh seasoning and taste to them. Unique yet familiar and comforting. We usually do fries, but the tater tots were good, and fun change up. Three adults and a child and we couldn’t finish the two tater tot order; prob could have been full with one tater tot to accompany our burgers. Also grabbed a hand pie and it was a hit.

The staff feel like a close knit family. Chill vibe, big smiles, and very friendly and welcoming. The whole place has a nice atmosphere and was done with intent. There are about 4 parking spots and handicapped spot. Plenty of street 1-hour free parking too.

The outdoor seating area is a fun picnic vibe with a mix of fun art!

Some reviews complain about the pricing, but I think there was great value as a whole. It was a fun experience. We found ourselves hanging there effortlessly long after our meal was done.

Hope to be back soon! This crew started as a pop-up and now has this awesome brick and mortar. Please support them! It is refreshing and great to have these types of spots (rather than mass...

What a welcome addition to the neighborhood here in ER! We came in on an afternoon when the line wasn’t down the street which has been a great sign that we were missing something good. The vibe from the start was upbeat & welcoming. Everyone inside the building were working their tails off & yet still took the time to welcome us with a cherry Hello, welcome in! It was clear they were happy to be doing what they were doing. Even at an off time it was hoping. The lady who took our order was so friendly in answering our questions & made awesome recommendations. We went outside to grab a table in the beautiful seating area garden which was an awesome site. Great place for folks with dogs or kids who want to enjoy the outside a bit while waiting for our food. The food was really awesome. We had the burgers (of course) & tots with the yummy recommended dipping ranch. It was cool to see folks enjoying themselves with some BYOB around us. We made sure to let the team know when we were done how much we enjoyed it & got a big hug. We love supporting local here & I know the neighborhood is happy to have them here. Welcome to Eagle...

I was born and raised in Eagle Rock, 35 years strong. The community's golden age was 90's - late 00's. Times have changed, and this establishment is a perfect example.

Look, you cannot charge $14 for a smash burger a la carte, not in Eagle Rock. You cannot charge $9 for a hand pie, not in Eagle Rock. I have seen a half-dozen businesses at this physical site open and close the past 35 years, the longest standing was an open air drug market which was a haven for the local homeless community. I much rather we go back to that state, than the "$14 double hamburger for a measly 6 oz of tolerably seasoned beef" Yellow Paper is proposing. This is getting out of hand.

You HAVE to go volume-driven, a model perfected by In-N-Out. OR, you maximize the quality and have the price remind you of such. There is no acceptable middle ground. We either see 1,000 Yellow Paper Burgers flying out of Eagle Rock for $5 / Double Burger along a side of fries, or we have a Michelin star $20 Yellow Paper Double Burger. As it stands today, this middling approach just feels uninspired.

I want YPB to THRIVE, but we need to rework the...

Definition of Millennial Burger Spot…it not a compliment. Poor Management. Expensive. Mid at Best. $25 for a tiny burger and cafeteria tater tots and they have the audacity to start the tips at 25% at the left most side of the screen. First off, I would like say that I was the second person to get here and they didnt open for another 15 minutes. They told me to wait outside at the tables so i did, a bunch of people came through within that small amount and they started gathering near the door. By the time they opened I was suddenly 15th in line despite being here second. Lady running the operation made sure the couple that was here first made it to the front of the line but not me. Crazy work. Waited 30 minutes after my order for the soggiest nothing burger known to man. They charge $1 for their ā€œronchā€ sauce which should probably be included with their sorry looking burger or tots. I’m seething because this place wasted so much of my time.
