El Palmar #2 Restaurant & Pupuseria — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This restaurant definitely needs better management or a supervisor that knows what customer service is. Every single time we decide to give them another chance, it seems that their customer service has worsen. I can see why there is a rotation of workers through that restaurant. Not only are the women there rude and have attitudes, but they seem to not even care whether or not they are taking the order correctly. For example, in the past we have ordered a "pan con gallina" & the woman who worked there perviously, made it perfectly fine. Today when we ordered this same dish... 1. They wrote the wrong name & then tried to argue with me that I said my own name wrong. (Why in the world would I say MY own name wrong? It's MY name) 2. The woman has the audacity to argue with me about it when honestly it wasn't a big deal (just give me my food so I can get out of here). 3. It's as if they purposelly gave me the oldest, stalest bread they had & literally stuffed two chicken legs in it. They did not even try to shread the chicken and add the ingredients the way it should be. 4. When I asked if they could give me the sandwich WITHOUT bones, the woman stubbornly said "it does not come with bone", well that's not how my meal came. I really hope that their management team actually reads these reviews because based on many more that I've read, I'm.not the only customer having...

Right from the start as we sta in the booth. I got a nasty scratch on my leg from the tables fold down part. I took a picture and showed her and like nothing. We proceeded to order food and I guess I'm not familiar with ceviche having radish chucks and swimming in soy sauce but hey on me. . My friend had a pan con gallina and it was super deep fried and dry and was not able to chew it The waitress only came to the table when dropping off the order have been given the check. At check out I expected a discount. Nothing free but didn't they didn't even say here 5% off the bill. I was told that if it would have been about the food they would not charged but my cut on my thigh no discount. Definitely one...

I've been coming here every now and then. Their food is good, but they lack quantity in food they put in, like, they only put 2 eggs when ordering to go! That isn't enough for a $7 breakfast! They had great people working herr at one point, but they suddenly disappeared and were replaced by random, unfriendly people that seem to have an attitude. Not to mention when I went to pick up my food, they forgot my drink and when they gave it to me, they didn't asked mr what kind of drink I wanted!
