Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Do not even bother going here. Not only did they give me a SMUSHED pizza, but after speaking to the manager, she said I could come pick up another one at my convenience. I called tonight to get my replacement and the child who answered kept saying they were closed. They weren't closed and I told her that. I hung up and just let it go, but just don't even bother.

So this place is close to me which is the only reason I sometimes come here. The pizza is never right. It's always burnt. Old, not fresh. I was given a pizza that last time, for replacement but only after I went in myself and spoke to someone. A week ago I ordered a custom pizza and it wasn't right so I made them remake it. I heard the cook getting upset and speaking reckless so I had to tell him to just shut up and make the pizza. Yesterday the pizza was burnt and missing cheese in certain places, where you can see just sauce and bread. They gave us replacements today being I had to throw the others away. I'm just going to go to a different location. They can't cook, everything is always wrong. The attitudes here are terrible. There's only one person here who is half decent.

If I'm paying for something, I expect it...

I was accused of stealing a soda from this sad excuse of an establishment. The lady told me that I already grabbed the 20oz from the machine while I walked out and waited for my pizza. The problem is, I never walked out. I sat right there the whole time. She thought I took a second one because ANOTHER lady who swiped my card told her I did. As I attempted to verbalize my innocence, this “lady” simply ignored me and took the order of the net customer. I don’t not have time to understand why such unprofessional treatment, nor do I have the will or the energy to scratch the surface of the racist undertones that MAY have been in play. I honestly don’t care if it was because I am a black man in my “outside-of-work clothing”. NO ONE should be treated in such a way, ESPECIALLY if you will not refer to the surveillance cameras so that my innocence may be proven. I have been going to little caesars since childhood and I have recently moved near this pizza place. I have nothing but positive reviews because the pizzas were AMAZING. Like the pizzas I get from there are Cheesy and full of sauce( I got to experience the legendary cheese pull from little cesar suprisingly). The crust wasn't burnt and it was soft and fluffy. I would give it 5 stars but others seem to not have the same experience as me. You gotta know that which employee that will take your order will vary. It is almost like rolling a dice. However, it seems like majority of the reviews say the pizza was good. It may not just be a one lucky thing that happened to me as most of the harshest critics, whom reviewed this place as 1 star, say that the pizza is good. You can not deny that this pizza is one step above other little cesar stores. But I do pity those who experienced hellish customer service... best of lucks...
