The cashier with the blue apron and glasses slapped my debit card on the table after I handed it over to him. I ordered the chicken kebab plate, on this occasion it was rubbery and the pita bread extra hard. They normally walk the order out to your table when a person dines in but on this occasion they screamed out “kebab!” An employee walked over to me and told me the order was ready when he could have easily brought it over to me. He backtracked passed my plate and around to the kitchen. The place was empty. Overall, very rude service, lazy and made it for an unpleasant experience. I explained I was Jewish and deserved better treatment...

I had initially given this place 4 stars but today ruined my opinion of the place. Normally you give people a chance and assume they're having a bad day. But that isn't what we experienced today. We ordered online for pickup at 835. We get there at 830 and are told it will be ready in 5 minutes. NONE of the workers were wearing a mask and we weren't acknowledged for 15 minutes. I walked up to ask if it was ready and they kept saying it was almost ready. We got our order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. The order receipt even said pickup by 835 and the lady took it and threw it away quickly. Everything about this experience...

False advertisement when it comes to delivery. I was told I need to order a min. of $25 for a distance of 12 minutes away. The flyer said $15 min. subject to distance. My address is only 3.2 miles from the restaurant's address and I was told it will take 45 mins to drive to my house. Well, with the help of Google maps, he told a blatant lie. Plus, if Im only ordering for myself, $15 worth, why am I subject to order $25 worth of food I don't need nor want when I'm already being charged a delivery fee? It would've been nice to patronize this business since it was my first time, but nevermind. throws flyers...
