El Quetzal — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is a tough one... their pan bolillo is SOOO good!!! Especially, cuando está recién hecho. 🤤 The problem I have here is that they can't seem to get the orders right. Last time, I ordered un pan bolillo to eat with frijoles, queso, y crema at home, in addition to other items I ordered. As I'm getting close to home, I realized they didn't put the bolillo. So, I go back and tell the employee. She said that she did remember I ordered it, but for some reason, she didn't charge it. That was annoying. Then, last night, I ordered six tamales and six bolillos. I get home... there are only five bolillos. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I've definitely learned my lesson... The bread was good but when I bit into it there was barely any custard inside. This is not pan dulce stop being stingy, I’ll gladly pay whatever for the bread.
