wow what a horrible experience! the lady at the desk called me around 11pm and started yelling at me saying they are towing my truck because I'm not in a good parking spot and when i tried to explain to her that it is a parking spot and it is marked as parking spots there she just started yelling more. I went downstairs to talk to her but i could hear the manager screaming at an older couples threatening them and acting violently and he wanted them to park in the street because there's not enough parking spots and the couple had been parked there for several hours already. the older couple said they will leave and they want a refund which the manager got more angry and told them to leave without a refund and called the cops...even the cops said the older couple did nothing wrong and to give them a refund but the manager wouldn't. when i tried to talk to the manager to explain that i parked correctly in a parking spot he told me to park my truck in the street that there are more important people that needs to park or i will be towed! my truck only takes up 1 spot and i was there first and it's not my fault they don't have enough parking spots for everyone that stays there. the manager and the lady were very rude to everyone there even the people that would come outside to see why he was yelling ... he would start yelling at them! they called several people around midnight and told them to move thier vehicles over a little bit so i could park on property then i was barely able to squeeze in a spot and it was hard getting out of my vehicle. they are very rude here and they are going to get sued or thrown in jail if they don't change thier attitude and stop threatening people.

Unprofessional, Rude Staff & Unreasonable Policies! Had to leave before even staying in the room!!! AVOID!

I had a terrible experience at this Motel 6 location. First, they only provide one key card per room, even when multiple guests are staying. This is extremely inconvenient, as guests have different schedules and need access to the room at different times. When I asked about this, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses.

Second, they charge an additional $25 for extra guests, which is not standard practice at most motels. On top of that, they only allow one car per room, which is an issue for those traveling with multiple people.

Worst of all, the staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and even racist. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they resorted to cursing at me and treating me with complete disregard. I have video evidence of their unprofessional behavior and will be reporting this incident to corporate and consumer protection agencies.

I strongly advise against staying at this location. The management clearly does not prioritize customer service or basic hospitality. The experience was so awful that we didn’t even get a chance to stay—we had to leave. Avoid this place at all costs! Just checked Inn made reservations for 2 ppl 1st. the staff made it almost impossible to pay for the room. 2nd. Once payment was figured out, it was all of a sudden for just 1 person and no visitors even though online it was for 2ppl and our reservation is for 2ppl. Very basic I mean who really stays in a hotel room alone 2 ppl in a Delux King size bedroom is standard I can see if u want to charge extra if there is more than 2 ppl but they made this really big deal that there is an extra charge for my wife oh and the 2nd person I forgot to mention is my wife not a friend or a random person but my wife of 12yrs. And of course, im not going to sneak my wife into our room so now they added another $27 per night for my wife to stay with me in our room. The only reason I went along with it is because they allow dogs and I have a service dog with me so I did not make a big deal about it becase none of the other hotel around here allow dogs.
