Event Step And Repeat — Local services in Los Angeles

I'm not a person who like to leave bad reviews on places but I had to share with you guys my poor experience that I got there. This review is specific for David and Daniel who was very rude to me.

I came 4 (friday) days in advace before my event to the store to order banner stand for hair project that i had, I sent the picture by the email and I choose the best quality of material just to make sure that I'll get the best result. When I came to pick up my order I noticed that the dark spots on the banner came out like blueish color, I told them and Daniel try to tell me that he barely see that and ask from two of his coworkers that was agreed with me that the picture is blue instead of black. The event was on Tuesday and I told to my model that we have to reschedule the shooting because of this bad background that I got. Daniel ask for me to choose another background to see if it looks better, so I did. Agian, even with the second background the dark looks very blue. He said let's try other one so I sent another background totally different from what I wanted from the beginning, it was "old wood" texture, when he printed out he call me to come to the store so I left my work (middle of the day) and I came special to the store and the banner looks even worst, the scratches on the wood was with pixels and the dark spots this time was dark purple!! I have to say that all the three different backgrounds was 4k quality, the best resolution that you can get!

Every time that I've tried to explain him my position he was laugh in front of me and told me "I'm doing this for years and I don't know what you talking about", also when I told him about the pixels on the wood he came closer to the banner almost touching with his nose on the banner and said "of course if you come closer to the details you can see pixels, jesus" (in a very disrespectful way). After all of this, he became very mad at me raise his voice and start blaming me because he tried to print out my backgrounds three times already and it didn't work out. I'm not even talk about the way he turn his back to me while I'm trying to talk with him.

I really wanted to give 5 stars to this place but after all this experience I have no banner stand, lost time that I spent at the store. Im Very...

Hands down excellent service. I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years. I'm an event designer and this is the only company that I trust to print my banners and backdrops. I always receive excellent service that allows me to feel more than just a customer I Daniel always make me feel like family. My orders are always filled on time or before time. I have had emergency situations where they were even able to deliver within a day. I love the guys here they are all friendly including their printing & manufacturing team sometime we laugh and talk when I'm picking up my orders that makes me feel very welcomed and know that my business is appreciated.I could go on and on talking about the amazing Service I receive but I will save some for the next opportunity to Bragg about my printing company...lol.... My company has been working with Event Step and Repeat for many years, to say that we are happy with this company would be an understatement. Our clients are ALWAYS floored once they see the products produced by this company. As we are a fast paced company and we are at some points working on very tight schedules, Daniel will find some kind of way to make it work. When I have days and I am having a creative mind brain freeze, again, Daniel to the rescue. I know personally that they value their customers and it's not just about making money. I remember when my brother passed away this company was so supportive to my family it was unbeliveable. Daniel is one of the most gentle, understanding vendors that I have. One time he hired someone and my order was incorrect, with one call the error was corrected and ready for pick up. He even ships out to our out of state clients to save us the trouble.
