Still the best burger place. They really represent me Nips restaurant was my review a year ago........Unfortunately the quality of food has went down since our beloved Nip passef... Friday December 9th, I ordered 2 Fat Burgers w/ Bacon, some Funnel fries, a 24-piece wing, lemon pepper, asian, hot wings. They were out of Asian so I exchanged it for the Bourbon. The bread was hard, you could barely see or taste the bacon, and there were some little chopped-up onions in the middle of the burger. What happened to the ideas that you slice that are whole? Chocolate sauce for Funnel cake watered down when you dip it and put it to your mouth is already dripping. I waited forever for my wings. When the guy up front acts the lady cooking about the wings, she had the nerve to argue with him. She was a little older than him, and bless his heart he didn't even argue back with her she kept talking crazy to him in spanish. As soon as I got in the car I ate one of the bourbon and you can barely taste the sauce I ate the lemon pepper, hardly any sauce. Check YELP Reviews!! Read moreTrash food and service. 3 Customers ordered before my party of 3, all of there orders were incorrect. 3 more people arrived after my party and yet some how we were still the last to leave, after every one else got there food. We ordered 3 original fat burgers, 2 without pickles. It took over 20min to get 3 basic hamburgers. Got home and one was a impossible burger, the next was a childs hamburger and one original. The culture inside was appalling. It seemed as if there was no management, but when you see the manager it looks alike a man who knows every thing is on fire but has no urgency to fix the reoccurring issues. Asked for a Sprite and received water. 0 stars if possible, not sure how they have an "A" outside. One of the worst parts was that we were trying to show a friend how good Fatburger was. Read moreI have receipts and my pictures to prove that my order was wrong called the same night which was 10 minutes once I got home the manager was rude I don't think the owner would like for anyone to be treated that way spending almost $40 on hamburgers I have pictures and receipts to prove that my order was wrong at Bart for hamburgers for $35 and nothing was correct so where is the customer service no hospitality at all they want this business to last with the new development going on in that community they have to take their employees back to training learn how to listen and repeat the orders and check the orders before you give them to the customers I'm still waiting for the owner or the manager to give me a call back if not I'm going to the media monies to her monies too hard to come by to be wasted it on such a thing like that I could've went and ate at...
