Horrible! I’m literally horrified at how the male employee was speaking to a senior citizen so incredibly disrespectfully. The employee was arrogant and I couldn’t believe the words he was saying to me as well. I ordered an impossible burger with gluten free bread, he was waiting for me to guess what the bread was called and when I got it “there we go” was his response. I was so discombobulated ordering that I forgot to add a vegan shake. They ended up charging me more for it but then the employee started arguing with me on the price I owed after already paying close to $30. FATBURGER used to be so good. Now it’s such bad quality I didn’t even eat my $30 meal which I ended up tossing. Whole experience was horrible and fatburger you’ve lost my business and I will also be contacting corporate. I walked in and the place is small. I ordered a regular fatburger. When I got it the burger the patty was so dry and the edges of the patty were crispy. Did they cook it an hour ago and just let it sit on the grill to dry out? I like fatburger but not the fatburger that was served to me today. I don't want to go back there because the quality of food is horrible. I took a few bites and went some where else for food because it was so bad I could not finish my $10.00 burger. I had to use the restroom when I arrived. I went to their restroom and it was stinky and messy. It did not have any toilet seat covers so I had to use toilet paper as a liner. The staff team at this branch was nice and friendly but, the cook on the burger and fries, is horrible, the most discussing burger ever, my burger was full of salt, and my sweet potato fries was dang near burned

If you want instant high blood pressure or diabetes I recommend there burger, double bacon beef burger, I'm sorry but I'll stick to five guys for now on
