Fresco Pasta — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I used to shop here every week for Italian goods, but after today, I won’t be coming back. The staff was incredibly rude—snapping at me just for asking a question about ingredients. He had headphones in, ignored me, and even yelled at me with a nasty expression: “Don’t buy if you’re not sure.”

The products were always overpriced, but I still chose to shop here because I wanted to support small businesses. Sadly, the customer service has been consistently rude, and today was the last straw.

Who tries to sell products while wearing headphones and treating customers with such disrespect? Completely unprofessional. Great products, but...

FABULOUS ITALIAN FOOD ! My wife and I first ran into these guys at the IRVINE FARMERS MARKET in early Jan, 2023. We bought spinach ravioli, smoked scamorza and prosciutto san daniele. After using all of these items in various meals at home we were very impressed with the quality. On Saturday we were back at the Irvine Farmers Market and our first planned stop was here. Today going to Westlake Village Farmers Market market you’d expect great quality products, but unfortunately not this time. We have purchased mozzarella cheese that was past its expiration date (9 DAY AGO!!!) and did not taste good at all. We had to just throw it away.
