Recently ordered from Fryday Eats in Echo Park via DoorDash and was pleasantly surprised! Opted for their Caribbean Jerk and Veggie Lovers, both featuring plant-based meat. The flavors were vibrant and refreshing, a real testament to the skill in their kitchen.

What stood out most was the freshness and warmth of the food upon arrival. It’s a common issue with delivery services to receive food that’s cooled down, but Fryday Eats seems to have figured out the secret to keeping meals hot and tasty, even after a journey.

My kids, who are usually picky eaters, absolutely loved the unique spin on their favorite – french fries. The toppings added a delightful twist that we all enjoyed.

Awesome food truck. The menu has something for everyone. My favorite is the Nashville chicken. I always get it when it’s near me. The hot sauce is spicy but not scorching. The all day house sauce is really good; the right balance between creamy and tangy. Add on the slaw and pickles on top of fries that can carry all that, and you got a meal. You don’t see many, if any, food trucks that just do fries, so I’m glad they’re around. I follow them on IG so I was surprised to see them downtown near my job. I ordered through door dash and it was just as good as when I’m at a food truck event....

These fries exceeded all my expectations I had, I’m use to just regular basic fries but THESE! The fries were perfectly seasoned which elevated the flavor. The portions were generous, and the variety of different fries option were great. The staff was friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable. A must visit for any fries enthusiast!
