By far the worst experience me and my family had. I suggest for the managers or owners to look at cameras on Thursday February 15th. We went in around 6 PM. It took them at least about 20 minutes to just take our order. Another 30 minutes to get our food. And then we were missing the mozzarella sticks. Our order was missing the mushrooms and jalapeños we wanted on the sandwich. And I felt like bringing a microscope to see if the Philly cheesesteak even had cheese the Cook said they were. I swear there was like three strings of cheese on that sandwich. It was the most worst driest Philly cheesesteak I’ve had by far in my life and I don’t ever really write reviews But this time I’m willing to make an exception because goddang. We got the new Kentucky bourbon cheesesteak. It was horrible. We got wings. They were okay. And when we told them we was missing our cheese sticks. They gave us cold ones cause apparently they forgot they left it out. I couldn’t help but to notice that all the people that were working there were friends with the kids that were eating like kings by the corner. Very special service for them. Read moreI made an online order at 11:30am for a cheesesteak. I scheduked the pickup for 1:30. I arrived 1:30. They asked me if i had an order. I gave her my name, she turned back to the shelf, and just walked to the back room. Then i got the attention of another guy. Told him my name. Then he goes back to work. Doesnt say anything. Finally, i said "hello, can i get someone to answer a question?. Twice. Then another dude comes up and says yes, we have your order, but we have other orders.
Then he calls me for my order. It was now 1:36. I look at the receipt. The time shows 1:27. This sandwich had been on the shelf the whole time. I have no idea why they all acted like they didnt care and didnt bother to just give me the sandwich, or see if the sandwich was ready. I ordered more than hour in advance.
I made the mistake of asking for katchup. "Do you have katsup?" The server just looked at me and looked away went back to work. I had to ask again, "Hey, do you have katsup or even talk to customers?"
