DO NOT PAY WITH CARD THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Visited this location by the Drive-Thru on December 5, 2021. Placed my order and pulled up to the window, I gave the cashier my debit card for payment to which she responds that the transaction did not go through. No big deal, I've had it happen before so as to not cause more delay I gave her my credit card which did go through. Got home, checked my bank account and noticed that the debit card did, in fact, get charged. I thought the amount would get refunded in a few days but the payment went through so I ended up with two separate charges for the same order, one on the debit and one on the credit. I contacted corporate on December 9th about this and they told me that the manager of the store would contact me to resolve the issue. They did not. I emailed corporate again and once more they told me that the manager was notified but with a more urgent message this time. Still nothing. Finally, corporate escalated my issue to the District Manager (December 29th) to which now I am waiting for their response. According to the "Guest Services Supervisor," they "do not receive updates on these files." It has been a month and still no refund for my issue. $28.31 may seem like no big deal to some but the fact that they literally stole that money from me is why I am pursuing this and may even take legal action if not resolved soon. Do yourself a favor and pay cash. I would give it 1 star but at least the order was correct and the food delicious so it gets one...

It doesn’t matter what position you have; if a customer is waiting, someone should step up and help. Instead, the workers acted like I didn’t exist.
When someone finally decided to acknowledge me, they had the worst attitude—no “hi,” no smile, just a rude, unimpressed look. The way they talked to me was completely unprofessional, and to top it off, they even insulted me. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a fast food place. Read moreI ordered my Whopper with cheese and no meat. The crew member asked me If I wanted my burger plain I told him no I wanted no meat. He repeated the order back to me saying plain. I got to the window and check my order and the burger had meat. I handed it back to the crew member and asked him for a burger with cheese and no meat. He came back and clarify that I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise and the bun just not the meat. I told him yes as cheese. When I got home my burger was missing the cheese although I paid for it but at least it didn't have the meat on it anymore. Every time I order at this restaurant my order is always wrong.
