May 3, 2015 around 4am, I ordered some food for my wife and I. We pulled around to the parking lot to eat and my wife told me there were some missing items and her croissant sandwich was cold. So, I went back thru the drive thru and told the manager that we were missing some egg rolls. The manager immediately walked off before we could finish telling him about the messed up order. So we waited and he returned with two more egg rolls. Now, we tell the manager that we are also missing a taco and he says "are you sure?". I tell him, "Yes, I'm Sure". I also hand him the cold croissant sandwich and tell him that this sandwich is cold. The manager returns with a taco and the croissant sandwich and doesn't say anything; he just walks off.
We pull back around to the parking lot to eat and I notice that the tacos are all cold. My wife also wants more egg rolls. So, I pulled up to the order window around 4:15 am and they say: "Sorry, Jack in The Box is Closed". So, I backed up my car and sat in the parking lot for about 10 min and noticed another car placing an order at the drive-thru window
We were not rude in any way, Jack In the Box screwed up the order. It appears they lied about being closed. Maybe the manager knew he gave me some cold tacos because he was mad and didn't want to talk anymore.

Read moreAs I sit here and write this complaint and read all these other one star reviews because of “James” the manager, I see I’m not the only one with a disgusting interaction with him. I came on 6/18 and tried to let the person at the window know they should fix their speaker because it’s loud and I had to yell for him to hear me and was met with the most disrespectful comment from a “manager” with no name tag who also didn’t know my boyfriend was in the car so as my boyfriend heard this man insulting my intelligence, he spoke up and made his presence known and was met with an even more aggressive jack in the box employee who is now having a verbal screaming match with my boyfriend and the worker slammed the window shut, I immediately knew I wanted a refund and he ran away to the back for a good 10 minuets before I was able to get my refund, he tried to take my phone out of my hand to do the payment process, and I was absolutely appalled when I asked for a manager and he said “I am” I have been coming here for the last 5 years and never will again thank you James!!! Read moreI've been here a few times before and usually, i order my food through the drive thru and its quick and easy but today i cannot say the same. I ordered a sourdough jack COMBO which usually comes with fries AND a drink! i also asked for an egg roll. The guy at the window told me to check the order to make sure it looks correct on the screen. I glanced at it and said yes. Well it turns out that he doesn't know how to LISTEN to orders. I understand i checked the screen for accuracy but how am I supposed to know the cashier substituted the fries for an egg roll when my instructions were for a combo which normally comes with fries AND an egg roll. My problem really is the cashier, when he handed me the order i asked where the fries were, instead of him sounding concerned or trying to fix the issue, he says, "i told you to check the screen!" Really?! Please teach your employees to LISTEN and to be courteous, i was not being rude or demanding. If i would have been a mystery guest, i can guarantee he would have gotten a failing score, number 1 for the wrong order and secondly for ineptitude! Common courtesy is not that...
