El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have been going to this location for the last two years. It's a cool location and the superstars here are definitely Susjuez and Teresa. These two ladies have exceptional customer service skills, great energy and really know how to be team players. Every time they are working my orders are never wrong. Shout out to them!

But of course there is always one sour apple stinking up the place. I am really not even sure what her name is but she do wear glasses. She might indeed be a manger at this location which is very unfortunate. Her customer service skills is way below average, she is not welcoming, and everytime she is working my order is messed up every single time, never fails.

She gives off very low vibrational energy like she is miserable and hates her job and if that is the case she should find something else to do. She also always give off prejudice energy like she only likes serving her "kind". This location is a really good location and most of the ppl here are great staff. But she has to go or maybe keep her in the back away from the customers because she is extremely bad with dealing with customers. I have encountered this numerous times with her and it's very annoying. It's always almost discouraging to order when she is working. She definitely needs to do better!

If you see her working and there are two people on register and you want great customer service and your order correct. Hop in the next line you deserve less attitude, great customer service and your order correct. 😒

Ive been going to this pollo loco ever since I was born and its always had great customer service. The cashiers especially Maria Gomez were very kind and very patient. They always provide the best service out there and try to seek the best for they're customers. I've never received greater service anywhere else other than here. I ordered it online, and the order was supposed to ready by 4. I got there a few minutes before and they said they hadn't received it yet. I said ok, and asked them to start on it. They said no they wouldn't start it until they received it because they didn't know if I had paid or not. I showed them my receipt and still they didn't do it.
