Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I LOVE Jersey Mike's!!! Especially this particular location, where the parking is easy and the staff is extremely customer-friendly.

Dillion and Jamal are the masters -- slicing the meats and working the grill as if they've been doing this for decades. They will make your sandwich exactly to your specification and they're cheerful while they do so!

Apart from coming to this particular sandwich shop, what I really LOVE about Jersey Mike's are their fresh sandwich rolls baked with cornmeal on the bottom, their "real" meats and cheeses (as opposed to the icky stuff that's slung at the Subways chains), and most of all the real oregano that's sprinkled on the sandwiches to your heart's content.

The only other local sandwich place that compares is that Italian deli on Lincoln Blvd in Santa Monica, where one has to put up with long lines and verbal abuse. So keep on proliferating...

My co worker and I wanted to eat something good but we did not want to have burgers or Subway. As I was driving down Olympic Blvd, I notice Jersey Mike's and I said lets stop in and get a quick bite.

First of all the place was packed, and when I say packed it was...all the staff was doing an AWESOME job on making everyone's sub quick and fast but there was this fly flying around inside the store which was gross and I did not want it to land on my sub and guess what? it did, I kindly ask the guy to make me another sub and just the look on his face, he look mad.

Sorry dude, but I am a paying customer and I am sure you don't want a fly on your sub too. I think they need to train the staff with more respect and kindness to the customers and maybe keep the front door close too.

But overall, food was is great fresh and love Jersey Mike's

We had an issue with our delivery order. I called the store to ask what might have happened and spoke with Steve, the manager. Steve was beyond concerned, he listened to us and said that there was indeed an issue with the product. He offered to replace both subs. I drove to the store the next day and was helped by manager Michelle. She said she knew about the order and was ready to make it right. She walked the order to my car, added a couple of cookies and insisted on refunding the original order. I told her it wasn’t necessary but she wouldn’t take no for answer because “if customers don’t speak up when there’s an issue, they can never make things perfect. It’s our way of thanking YOU”. I was blown away. Steve and Michelle earned a customer for life....
