Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Angeles

While waiting for my order I couldn't help but to overhear a conversation from the manager the way she was talking to an yound employee and how disrespectful & rude she was to him in front of others. She was totally unprofessional and I hope that corporate does a better job in hiring these managers with no people skills training at all. Instead of encouraging your employees to grow within the company you have these "Managers" discouraging these employees who seem young, which is probably their first job and seems like they just graduated, no disrespect to any of them but none of them had smiles and the energy in there was uncomfortable. I'm sure it all starts from the head in there which was obvious why they looked nervous. If a person in charge needs to address any personal issue with any of their employees it's only right to pull them to the side instead of putting them on blast which nobody needs to deal with that type of bullyness. The kid had a red face as if feeling embarrassed and right before I left I told that kid THANK YOU! Don't let anyone get to you. You're doing a good job and found out that the managers name was Ameena I believe. Her energy was all bad. Employees should all be trained to smile more which will automatically bring in better customer service instead of everyone looking like they're scared to talk. I'm sure if there's better leadership that place can be a better working environment. People will still go there bc of the name and the food but the energy gots to go. "Manager-Ameena", learn how to respect your employees and perhaps leave your personal problems at home. Be kind to these employees who are just getting in the work field. Trash management. I spoke to the african American manger that hung up the phone in my face after telling me that my issue no longer mattered, they have dropped the ball at this location more than one time and there's a lack of accountability with management here. The stores ran by entitled kids who do not represent the jersey mike's brand properly at all. I've never been more disrespected after I spent my money at this location more than one time if they've messed up more than 1 time this last time. They overcooked my steak because I asked for it well done I was willing to bring the steak back and have them remake it. She told me that all they can do is send me out a card. I still have the sandwich and I'm not pleased with the quality of it. I'm on my lunch break.I've paid for something and I don't have money and cannot wait for a car to be sent out when the sandwich wasn't eaten. I was there on 9/8 at 8:30pm ordered 2 gaint sandwichs one no lattes and other no jalapeño. The guy took the order was disrespectful and careless, then I saw the guy making both sandwiches putting lattes on it so I went to him to remind him about no lattes so he said sorry and start removing it, I told him no problems I asked him to be sure the other sandwiche has no jalapeño, I don’t eat spicy at all he replied no for sure.
