Shin Gangseo Myunok serves good quality Korean cold noodles, called Naengmyun, even though it's located in a food court. The noodles in the Mul Naengmyun don't have a high buckwheat content, but they are thin and have a nice, chewy texture. The broth is on the lighter side but refreshing and enjoyable. Extra broth is typically only provided with the Bibim Naengmyun, but you can get it upon request. It's a bit disappointing that the noodles are served in disposable containers instead of traditional bowls, but considering the reasonable prices and no need for tipping, it's a great place to experience a somewhat traditional Naengmyun taste. Highly recommended!

Located at the food court of Koreatown Galleria. This place serves nengmyun, a traditional Korean cold noodle dish. Served in customary metal bowls, the broth and noodles are refreshing and a great go to for some relief on a hot day. Also ordered the bin-dae-dduk, a Korean pancake. (It's not vegetarian--Does has pork in it!). The pancake was crispy and filling. Service time does depend on how busy it is, since it is in a food court and the cooks make everything to order. Noodles are made with sweet potato flour and the sauces and broth are also made in house. Would recommend for any nengmyun lovers out there!

I ordered a Galbi and Cold noodles combo. I asked for an extra small water cup and a spoon to share the noodles, but the server told only one water cup was provided and that there's no reason to provide a spoon. I felt very awkward, but told her sorry for the request. Don't forget!!! Keep in mind!!! Never ask for an extra water cup and a spoon for the cold noodles and Galbi combo. Ask for Jinsuseongchan at the restaurant next door.

This is the only place I go to in this food court. The noodles are made in house and are the best 냉면 noodles I’ve ever had, just the right amount of chewy. The broth is amazing and the spicy sauce is perfect. Even the pickled radish on the side is on point. Perfect summer 내면 experience. After living in Korea and eating cold noodles all summer, this is the only place that compares - makes you feel like home.

Service is also awesome, the ladies here are super nice, cut my noodles for me and...
