Shin Gangseo Myunok serves good quality Korean cold noodles, called Naengmyun, even though it's located in a food court. The noodles in the Mul Naengmyun don't have a high buckwheat content, but they are thin and have a nice, chewy texture. The broth is on the lighter side but refreshing and enjoyable. Extra broth is typically only provided with the Bibim Naengmyun, but you can get it upon request. Served in customary metal bowls, the broth and noodles are refreshing and a great go to for some relief on a hot day. Also ordered the bin-dae-dduk, a Korean pancake. (It's not vegetarian--Does has pork in it!). The pancake was crispy and filling. Service time does depend on how busy it is, since it is in a food court and the cooks make everything to order. The broth is amazing and the spicy sauce is perfect. Even the pickled radish on the side is on point. Perfect summer 내면 experience.
