Little Bean Cafe — Restaurant in Los Angeles

First of all, it was a great place for shaved ice. I loved their shaved ice and always ate it couple months back. Coming back here after an extremely hot day with my parents, we paid 22 dollars for two shaved ice. Then after waiting we received two extremely small bowls of shaved ice with barely any toppings. The size i received before was two times bigger with 3 times more toppings i received. It was completely ridiculous. The mango was completely unripe and hard while there was barely red bean on the other shaved ice. I wanted a refreshing big sweet mango shaved ice and a nice huge red bean shaved ice as I got before thats actually worth 22 dollars. Not some half-assed shaved ice with disgusting unripe sour mangoes and little to nothing red bean shaved ice where we wasted 22 dollars on. I recommend not coming...

I wish i can give this store a zero star if i can. I drink boba tea 4 times a week. I can tell what is decent boba tea. This is the by fat the worst i ever had. I asked for a milk tea and it was so watered down that i barely tasted the black tea. I asked the server to change the drink or a refund but she told me that their policy says "no refund or exchange." The server offered to fix it by adding extra tea, making it double shot. But still it was not close to other milk tea i've having. The server was very well trained that she cannot make another drink nor do a refund or else she would get in trouble. On 6/3/2022 around 2:15 pm, my friend and I went to this cafe for Taiyaki. We ordered Taiyaki, Americano and coffee. A young Asian woman with a ponytail wearing a mask served us. We could not hear the price well. My friend asked how much it was. She yelled out the price loudly which was not necessary. I said to her "you are rude". She yelled out the price again louder than the last time!! This time I said to her " you are very rude". She mumbled something. She was indeed quite rude embarrassing us in public. I wondered if the owner knew how his/her staff behaves to her customers while he/she is not there. Customers go to a cafe to have a pleasant time, not to be...
