We were craving Korean fried chicken and discovered Witch's Chicken hidden away inside Galleria Korean grocery store with delicious KFC. They have a cute store front and brand highlighting the location as your mom's favorite fried chicken place. It was not wrong. I noticed while we were waiting there were customers young and old, couples, friends, single people that would either dine there or get take out chicken. They focus on chicken wings, drumsticks and tenders but there are also sides like fries, potato salad or Mac and cheese. We got the wing combo which includes 5 wings, side of fries and potato salad and a soda. We also ordered two drum sticks that were huge. The food was delicious. We got original flavor for the wings and the garlic soy spicy for the drumsticks. It was spicy. All in all, a good recommendation to satisfy your Korean fried chicken crave. Note the dining area is really small as there were maybe 8 tables adjacent to the storefront in a food court type setting inside the grocery store. One major plus, parking is free and convenient...
Read moreMy fave korean bbq chicken to go to when I go to LA. Must try if you haven't. They don't have a whole lot of variety of flavors, which makes it super easy to decide and so good. I've had all the flavors and the spicy K.bbq is my fave. If you like spicy, then definitely go for this one. The soy is so good as well. It helps balance the spicy if you get both. This place is like a hidden gem. It literally is hidden cause I almost couldn't find it the first time I ordered from here. They're located inside the Galleria Market in the corner of the market. They do have a little section to dine and eat there but we usually like to order and eat in the food court on the 3rd floor or in your car if you don't want anyone starring at you eating them chicken deliciously. Lol. The owners are super sweet and nice and were super helpful when we were weren't sure what to order our first time. They also include radish and utensils for you. Overall my whole experience every time I've been there...

The flavors? Decent, but none cast a memorable spell on my taste buds. And the crunch? Let’s just say it was more “soft whisper” than “crackling thunder.” If crunch is your love language, you might leave feeling slightly ghosted. Got the half and half of med korean bbq and med soy garlic.
Now, credit where credit’s due: the pickled daikon was the unsung hero of the meal. Its tangy magic cut through the richness of the sauce like a trusty sidekick, giving the chicken some much-needed balance.
Final verdict? Witch’s Chicken is fine for a quick bite, but if you’re expecting fried chicken sorcery, this place might not...
