The vibes and music at No Jealousy are very lively and fun and whoever runs the No Jealousy text line was extremely accommodating and helpful as I booked my reservation. However, there were many critiques that I have of my No Jealousy experience. The servers are seemingly overextended and are responsible for 3+ parties of 10+ people at a time which can be overwhelming for them and causes a poor service experience for guests as they are forced to wait upwards of 40 minutes for a single drink and an hour+ for food. Relatedly, I was served completely raw chicken (image attached). After realizing that my chicken was completely uncooked, I flagged down my server who was unable to immediately assist due to the number of tables he was waiting. When he was finally available to, he offered to replace the meal or take it off the bill and provide me with a complimentary shot and due to my loss of appetite I agreed to the latter but also requested to speak with the manager. I was later informed that the manager was no longer at the restaurant which felt suspicious, but I still inquired to my server if there is anything else that can be done given that my celebration was heavily disrupted by discovering I had partially consumed raw meat and was informed by my server that there is nothing else that can be done. I reached out to the text line following my brunch and was met with an entirely different (and arguably hostile) energy than I initially received from the original person I corresponded with in booking my reservation. That said, my friends who have had similar experiences/work in the service industry shared that when something like this occur they at the very least had a portion of their meal comped and at most the entirety of their meal. Despite my meal being the only one that was visibly undercooked, multiple members of my party (who had not consumed a significant amount of alcohol) woke up the next day with stomach pains and irregular bowel movements. Overall, I cannot recommend No Jealousy as a brunch spot, but definitely understand the appeal as a place to grab drinks and party with friends. I wish the situation I experienced had been handled more kindly and that my valid concerns were not...

The pictures of the fun time were accurate but the service here from upper management was GARBAGE! I read most all of the reviews before writing mine because I felt as though I was a victim of RACISM at this location and after reading all the reviews, there is a similar review from most POC that have attended this event. I Believe the Manger's name is Sarah. I invited 17 people including myself to this event. We all came at different times and used the bar area to do our partying since the Event claimed there were no more tables available after the rented our 6 person table to another party.
One of the FEMALES in our group were turned away at the door because she had on shorts. Not gym shorts. Girl shorts. Meanwhile there were other caucasian folks inside that had on shorts. When I went out to greet each friend coming in from the Parking Lot. Sarah rudely (as if my 13 friends didn't just pay $35 to get in) yelled at me in front of strangers that were waiting on line and told me to get inside and wait for my friends in there. Perhaps I was too Black and may be giving her guest the wrong idea that this was a black party. Strange because on the inside there was a mix of music which included hip hop, so I'm just confused at how it's ok to play hip hop music to get your party jumping Sarah, but you don't want hip hop people partying in your establishment.
Most embarrassing part on my behalf is that I was with clients, C List celebrities whom I was hosting that had just come from work with Kanye West where they are used to being pampered I'm sure and the THIS! I had to keep a smile on through all their complaints. Just awful.
On another note. The staff, I want to say was very Sweet. Our server Lelah was a on it and she got a healthy tip from us but the taste in my mouth from the continuous lack of respect to our group of POC from upper management was beyond belief in 2019. We made our good time. I don't believe I've EVER been treated with such disrespect actually in my 35 years of living and my 7 years living in LA since moving...

Hello,
I appreciate your response. However, your response is exactly what the issue is. The issue is that Liaison has become 100% focused on profit and there is zero customer service in any of your personal interactions, emails, and responses on social media. I continue to present an issue to you about your promoters and staff lying to us, and as a customer service-oriented organization, you continue to disregard it.
When I brought this issue to the owner on Sunday, she took no effort to resolve the issues with the promoter or doorman. Both your owner and doorman acknowledged that they knew Kris Moreno, and yet as management and customer service, you refuse to take accountability for the fact that he lied to 9 paying customers. We had reserved a $300 punch bowl and it would have been so easy to accommodate us that day.
Your owner stated that “when the promoter doesn’t show the girls can’t come.” Good luck lasting in LA with that kind of...
