EDIT: Wow just saw the owners reply to my review. You must have me mixed up with someone else, none of these things happened in our interaction, or worse, you're just lying and making up scenarios in an attempt to invalidate reviews that are not 5 stars. Good to know that that's the kind of business owners you are. I said in my original review that I did enjoy the drink. I never asked for remaking a drink, I never had a conversation about 50% discounts. I got my drink and left the store? So not sure what you're trying to do here but if you want to redeem yourselves this ain't it.

I was going to post a pretty neutral review and wanted to offer some constructive feedback/suggestions. I enjoyed their teas but there are some legit criticisms of their business. However I saw the owners snarky response to a paying customer because they didn't like their review. Sounds like the owners can't take criticism and will go full out calling out customers about their "attitudes" and being so indignant about being rated 1/5 stars even though they offered "free samples" (though they bought a drink, didn't they?) so yeah. 1/5 stars for the way you guys handle criticism. A hidden gem for Milk Tea Lovers! I work nearby, so I’m a regular. The milk teas at Le Phant are nothing short of spectacular. Strong, fresh and flavorful. Each cup is crafted with precision, offering a perfect balance of a strong, rich tea flavor and creamy texture. You can also adjust the sweetness level and ice content to ensure you get your milk tea just the way you like it. Customer service is also great! The owners are consistently warm and attentive. They take the time to explain the menu and offer free samples of the teas and make each visit enjoyable.

A bigger size option would make it even more perfect! Cough cough ;) … I’m always so sad when my drink is gone.

One of the most delightful milk tea experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, offering to adjust the sweetness of my drink to my liking if it came out too bitter (it didn’t!). The drink itself was a silken, rather earthy blend of black milk tea that tasted different from any other milk tea I’ve had. There are some bubble tea shops that focus on the add ons or are gimmicky with their drink selection, but Le Phant undoubtedly centers the tea itself. It is a bit on the pricier side when compared to the size/price of other shops, but the tea was undoubtedly delicious. I definitely recommend! I thought about not writing this review to gatekeep it for myself, but Le Phant is to excellent to not be given business. I highly recommend!
