I had the worst experience at this place i was out there with my elderly parents celebrating father's day early since i wouldn’t be able yo see my dad on fathers day so were there on Saturday 6/15/24 my parents wanted ice cream and i walked into this place to purchase a scoop of vanilla for my dad and a chocolate bar for my mom and this lady that was there working didn't get her name she only gave me the chocolate bar after waiting 10 full minutes i then wait some more and walk back in to ask whats the hold up with the scoop of vanilla ice cream and she said oh you didn't ask for that you changed it for a chocolate bar and i said no i never used word change at all i said let me have the scoop of vanilla ice cream and a chocolate bar so she yelled at me infront of several other customers instead of acknowledging her mistake and accepting she was wrong she was very argumentative and i told her please just charge me for the scoop of vanilla ice cream. I come to Century City mall very often with my elderly parents but i will not ever buy from this place again this lady had the worst customer service she was very rude and not welcoming or friendly at all…… THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS ISN’T APPRECIATED AT ALL!!!!!!!!
