I just went to this store, 2/13/21 5:45 p.m.. I asked for 5 quick picks for the Daily Derby. I gave the woman $10 and she gave me the ticket. When I looked at it she had given me 1 quick pick for 5 draws, 5 days in a row. I told her this is not what I asked for. By then an older woman came in and said "What is the problem!", I believe she is related the younger girl. When I explained the situation, the older woman told me I did not know what I was talking about and that it was correct and it cost $10. I tried to explain to her the difference but she then proceeded to tell me they do this every day and they know what they are doing. She told me I did not know what I am talking about and that the ticket was for 5 quick picks for $10. I tried to show her the ticket which had one set of horses and underneathe it was printed 5 DRAWS. She started yelling at me, the younger lady laid the $10 on the counter, she had already taken the lottery ticket from me, then the older woman yelled at me to get out. I presume they are part of the ownership, because if they were workers with this attitude I think they would be fired. This is second time that I have had a terrible experience with this store, with this older woman, the first time I figured she must be having a bad day. She had short changed me and when I showed her she accused me of doing something....this was a long time ago so I thought I would go there again. I will NEVER go to this store again,, even though it is right by my house. I will also tell my neighbors to be careful of this store....they are rude and do not know what they are doing and if you point it out they start yelling at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give them zero starts I would I went this morning at 12:30am on June 15,2019 and there is this African American guy on his Earbuds talking on the phone it is clearly noticeable that I was ready to pay, I stand there for a couple minutes and ask him to charge me and it is clearly noticeable he gets mad for me asking him to charge me and throws it at me I am not crazy or a cry baby if it slipped or anything so I say why you throw it at me I was expecting a response like āI didnāt noticeā or something like he didnāt do it on purpose but instead he responds aggressively towards me Iām a female he is a man yelling at a customer that wants to just buy something from the store, the sad part is that they are our neighbors I go buy packs of water or food from them all the time and with this attitude I donāt even know if itās safe to go since this male employee is so aggressive and fast to cuss and defend himself when I just asked him to respect me and not throw my items I was purchasing to me for him to later kick me out of the store and when I pointed out he was not charging me he just said swipe and leave aggressively in between all the other cussing words he was saying I had to take a video of him because this is amazingly crazy just because he was on his call through his apply ear buds he got mad that I asked him to charge me. I donāt think I will ever want to come back and we are neighbors I rather buy them at another store and carry my packs of waters...

When I went to this store two African Americans were outside the store hanging out with their dog. At one point they approached me and I try to enter the store to avoid them . One of them starts saying the āstore is closed because they are unloading the merchandise ā Again they do not work for 711. I ignored them because there was no sign on the door that said that store was closed etc . When I tried to go in the store the African American raised his voice at me for what ever reason . I thought they were fooling around with me . I wanted to go inside quickly because he had a pitbull with no leash .(they were panhandling ) However , when I tried to go in - the 711 driver said ā donāt you hear what they said the store is closed ā He said it in rude way , he could have said something in a better tone, and in a polite way . Since when do panhandlers tell customers that the store is closed for ā unloading the products from the truck . I just wanted to enter the store quickly because the pittbul was not on a leash and because I didnāt want the two guys to ask me for change . The 711 driver needs to learn better communication skills and the store clerk needs to put a sign if the store is closed .
