Overall Little Ceasars is like a 4/5. should be about 3, but gets a 4 because of nostalgia. This location in a small shopping strip, has free parking, a 7-11, easy access in and out of lot.
I ordered a pizza for pickup. pepperoni, well done. I called in this order, explained to cook it to almost until it is almost burned. The girl repeated this. So she got the point, right?
No. So I got to pick up my pizza mind you were still in the living during Covid times. I see the box has the correct name and it says well done under the pepperoni pizza order. I asked the girl after I've paid if they can show me the pizza so I can see how well done it is in case they need to take it back and do it more. They say they can't do that cuz it's already been boxed and pushed it towards me. So I opened up the box and see barely regular cooked pizza and asked them to take it back and cook it so it's actually well done as ordered. They say well know you've already opened it we can't take it back. Is it but you hand it to me saying you couldn't open it Nobody verified this before they put it in the box either. Got nothing but a blank stare had repeat myself several times and she goes 'well I guess you could wait like another 15 minutes to get one made.' Me: Can't you just take one of the current cooking pepperoni pizzas and cook it well done and hand it to me? Her: No. You called in a custom order. Me: Are you serious? You have pepperoni pizzas going all the time to be hot and ready. I ordered just that, but well done. Not custom.
I was annoyed with the rule I had to open the box to see it, but because I touched it because they couldn't and if it's wrong, it's out of their hands. Then make sure your orders are correct before handing them out!

Read moreI am part of this community and been going to the Little Caesars for years because mostly I don't have a choice and as a lately the night crew their pizza has been disgusting just the other night. ( 3/15)I called in for a pizza and I was told it would take a hour and I'm a cook I know pizzas doesn't take that long and when finally got the pizza it was disgusting but I do understand that if they're short-staffed there's only so much that that a short unmotivated staff can do so my problem is more than just the quality of the pizza but in general how this place is being run you can tell that there's no leaders in there stepping up nor setting the example I shouldn't feel like I have to go to the next Little Caesars for a good pizza and every other time the pizza could be undercooked over cook or just has no quality and was poorly made there should not be any excuses on consistency lil Caesars is supposed to be the economical choice that helps feed the family or after a long day at work you just want something quick and fast and good you come to Little Caesars so is a slap in the face when the quality is terrible and no one on the staff...
Read moreNever really had a problem before but I went there a few days ago, ordered on the app, it gave us an estimated time of 20-25 minutes. We get there after the estimated time frame, I go in and it's not ready. Another 20 minutes. Mind you this is after 8pm on a thursday. I go out, wait another 20 minutes, go back in, "you're order is ready" looks around for a few minutes, "we gave your deep dish to someone else, we have to remake it". She was giggling like it was funny. Another 12 minutes they tell me. 1 hour to get two pizzas, and bread sticks/sauce. What's the point of having an app if it isn't going to be done faster? She gave us free wings but that doesn't make up for the long, unnecessary wait and her...
