7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

This 7-Eleven is so terrible this place will Overcharge you and never go with the Advertising price as their Advertising and I also use my 7-Eleven app! At this point I really don't ever want to come back as a customer and when you bring it to the cashier attention they have no clue on what to do they don't know how to fix the price as advertising or know how to refunded your money! Please everybody beware on them overcharging you guys! And also I purchase a 7-Eleven organic coconut water and it tastes so expire! I am so sick of this 7-Eleven I come here alot but now Im never returning they're so slick always overcharging you for items...

This place is not what I come to expect from this organization. They have strong incents in the stor that makes you wonder what smell that they are trying to hide. The place is in bad need of a deep cleaning and daily up keep. The lottery machine is always down. So I go to the donut shop down the way to get my tickets. The customer service is also no where up to par for a 7-Eleven. If the gas station across the street had a walk in stor I would guess theis place would go out of business. There is a new manager, his name is Ray. Make sure to say hi to Ray if you see him ! The employees here are kind, and their customer service is great. There’s usually only one or two employees at a time, so please be patient when visiting this location. A lot of the time this location is very busy. The employees do their best to keep up with duties all while helping their customers. Please be careful when entering/exiting the parking lot, there always seems to be some sort of accident.
