Garden Villas Condominiums — Local services in Los Angeles

Since first day of moving my items here. I had an older white lady look at me in discuss and complain and tell what I can and can’t do as I moving furniture in. I have had the neighbor under me tell me I can’t walk out my apartment in heels he doesn’t want to hear my foot steps. There are dogs that barks throughout the day and baby’s crying yet I have had the cops called on me claiming animal abuse and animal shelter called on me when my dog has only barked when someone walks past the front door or he sees me walking pass the patio and cries for a second, yet I remind you the screen door has a doggy door on it which I have a grass patch out there if it’s an emergency my dog can use it when I’m not home. Yet the lady that called the cops and put in a complaint I assume is living above me has an issue is the person above me which they stomp very loudly on the floors throughout the whole day and night and I have not complained about it. I have felt harassed and discriminated against since day one, I would not recommend it specifically if you are not of...

I’ve owned a complex at Gardenville Condominiums for 15 years and absolutely love it. The complex is super quiet, well-maintained, and truly a hidden gem in the heart of Los Angeles.
