This McDonald's has gone down the gutter since the remodel!!! The drive thu can't ever get any order correct they always over charge you for items you didn't order or they mess up your order if you have any customizations. Not to be rude or sound racist but they have these women who can't properly speak English taking the order. They are super nice tho and very apologetic but that doesn't make up for the consistent mistakes and long waits. They're very pushy about thier Window time and push you to the next window or almost any order!! The people at handoff get an attitude when you dont want to move but once you speak with them ive leared the managment is the problem. They say they're foced and get yelled to push the cars to the next window and they're Just doing thier job. I dont blame them like I said before they're really Sweet nice employees. Ive only had a problem with 2 "managers" idk if theyre really managers or shifts. The people in the back can't make orders fast enough and tbh its also because so many orders are being remade!! When getting pushed to the next window you ask for sauces before and they tell you they'll give you it all at the next window and DONT!! you have to make sure your whole order is in your bag and correct. They want to charge for eveything and then not give it to you. I've asked for extra topping on a mc flurry (when the machine does work) and I pay for extra oreo at bottom plus m&ms the whole mc fluffy is vanilla ice cream topping only on top. Sadly this is my neighborhood mc donalds but at this point the drive and long lines at the vermont and venice location are worth it.

Read moreThe food their taste different from every other McDonald's I've visited while ordering the exact same item (not in a good way) and that's not an isolated event with this particular location that's the normal. The employees are extremely rude incompetent and purposely ignore customers if you are next in line to order waiting behind somebody else for their entire order and it's suddenly appears to be your turn, you can expect them to look right at you and walk away from register to the kitchen and start having a conversation with somebody who is supposed to be preparing food but is standing there having a pelrsonal conversation , occasionally look back and still see you there at the register yet continued their conversation and it'll be a good at least 10 minutes after you've reached the front of the line and have been waiting at the register before anybody comes back and passive-aggressively acknowledges you. By the way, they unplug the self service kiosksat this location (the kiosks are present and obviously intended to be used by corporate, but purposely disabled at this location by employees). Even if all you ordered was a drink it'll be at least 15 minutes, and your fries will always be cold. This is extra true if you order through your mobile app. The lobby is always disgusting and full of transients who will walk right up to you while you were in line to order food walk up to your table etc panhandling -aggressively - in the store and it's not uncommon for them to get belligerent or even want to fight you if you say no. Read moreThis fast food joint is anything but fast. Quite possibly the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, not to mention the inaccuracy. It seems like every time I order from here I get burned. The lack of trust has gotten to the point where I double check every bag, pore over the receipt, and seemingly every time. Missing. Items. Why is there such a lack of accuracy? Forgotten items, extraordinarily slow service, lack of communication. If it's going to take a while to make what I asked for COMMUNICATE THAT so I won't order it and have to wait an additional 35 minutes for that one item, leaving me with cold food, melting ice cream, and the soreness of being forgotten at the parking spot you literally told me to pull into to wait. When told to pull into a spot to wait for an item that was paid for (that you guys forgot to put in my bags), any reasonable person would expect a crew member to bring the missing food to my car. Nope. Just left sitting there. Forgotten. shouldn't have to walk up to the drive thru window every 12 minutes wondering where the f is the stuff I paid for, only to eventually notice my items just sitting there.
