McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If at night, please only order through food couriers/apps or Drive-Thru pickup. The dining room as well as counter pickup closes sometime between ~6-7:30PM.

My mobile order for counter pick-up at night turned into a super delayed curbside pickup. The influx of delivery/Drive-Thru pickup orders overwhelms the staff to a point where people like me end up getting third-rate service in comparison to those with cars or the money to order delivery.

This location needs to work on providing clear and accessible communication about store hours, dining room hours, parking lot hours, delivery hours, etc. on the windows, on social media, and anywhere else applicable. Leaving ambiguity on the table is neither fair nor acceptable given the current dangers of walking at night. It hits people who take public transportation, work at night, and earn fewer wages where it hurts. And at these prices I'm better off going to another place nearby be it a pharmacy, grocery store, or rival chain.

Place could be understaffed, but afaik quality control in terms of food quality...

Very negative experience here just now, I was in to pick up two iced mocha's that I had ordered and asked for two medium iced waters as well and they tried to charge me just as much for the water as was paid for the coffees. Go anywhere else, even a sit-in restuarant, and you'd be given it either free or for at most 50c. I'm not opposed to paying for the cup because that is product that they need to pay to replace, but no way the cups are $2 each. Frankly, it seems like a scam, especially considering they don't give you sauce that is supposed to come with your order and then when you ask for it, they try to charge you per sauce when what you're asking for is already paid for and is supposed to come with the order as it does at all other McDonalds as part of their corporate policy, regardless of each one being owned by a franchisee and being run...

This review is not based on the food. This location’s business hours say that it’s open at 4 AM and that drive-through opens at 4:30 AM. I have come here four different times and each time they are not open. Today took the cake though. I pulled up to the drive-through window to see if someone was there because they did not answer the intercom. When I did, there was a lady putting something on the counter by the drive through window. . She looked at me and walked away. She never came back to the window and she never addressed me in any way. I knocked on the window and she never came this was after 5 AM.

I’ve been here before at the same time and they’ve been open. They need to do better they’re losing money for this business because the staff can’t get it together. If you aren’t going to open at the time you have listed as your business...
