Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The staff always very rood and uncooperative. I had asked her what was inside each of the crossants. She told me 2 very with meat and 1 was vegi -with the detail of what's in each one. I opt3d for the verify and a coffee, paid and left. She seemed very bored and not even wanting to be there let alone serve anyone. Not sure if worker or owner, either way She really was not seemingly someone who cared to be in customer service. When I stepped into my car, opened bag, got a meat croissant so went inside and asked her please exchange it since she made a mistake. She simply didn't do anything and instead started arguing- "no I didn't " I asked her if ahead could change it anyways or give me money back. And without any explanation or reason she simply kept on saying "no" to all. I was so frustrated, I just earned out but gave it to a guy who seemed to be hungry!! But wow lousy customer service.

At that point she could have kept her service up, earned some tip for being nice about it Eben though it was her mistake AND could have still warned good karma by giving to the Hungry guy (or simply...

I'm only giving this place a 1 star rating because there's nothing less than that. The lady that works there is a Spanish speaker i clearly spoke to her in fluent Spanish and she still did not understand me. I understand people make mistakes but when you're allergic to certain things it makes you furious. In my case I'm allergic to blueberries I asked for 2 raisin muffins and as i was driving I took a bite of it and realized that i had got my order incorrect. The donuts are cold and hard NOT EVEN FRESH now i am hoping and praying that i do not get sick because i will come after this place. 😡 I don't even live nearby which is the worst part and my calls are being rejected every time WORSE CUSTOMER...

I came here with my gf and the dude behind the counter kept asking us if we were ready when we just got there and we were trying to pick some breakfast. Once we were ready my gf ordered an iced coffee and the dude put so much syrup it didn’t even taste like coffee we had to ask the girl working there to add more coffee. Also dude was arguing with some worker that was off the clock he was saying some rude things to this lady. There was a homeless person inside asking for food or coffee and they gave him some coffee he was about to touch all the condiments and things for coffee but luckily someone stopped him and gave him what he needed.
