The drive thru menu does not list the types of drinks they serve. It is only displayed as "soft drinks". FYI Coke products, diet coke, coke, fanta orange and sprite.
Check your food before you leave. This McDonald's has forgotten items in my order a few times. They have always been very good about replacing the missing items but still an inconvenience.
Double check your sauces, this McDonald's trys to push the BBQ sauce a lot. Even when you request sweet and sour or honey / hot mustard they will still put BBQ in your bag.
Watch out when they make you pull up to the second window in the drive thru, they will just give you your bags and walk off. When they do this you are now on your own while you check your order. If something is wrong with your order you will need to honk your horn and bang on the glass to get the attention of a McDonald's employee. Sauces.
The food is McDonald's taste and quality no different than any other McDonald's. Pretty standard.
The building is a LEED certified building and is very energy efficient and they have WiFi. Inside you can order using a kiosk or order at the counter. I wash my hands after using the kiosk.

I recently visited this McDonald's location in downtown LA and had the worst customer service experience ever. I work nearby and was picking up an order for myself and a coworker. We both used the app to place our orders and had our order numbers ready. However, because my coworker wasn't physically present with her phone, DANIEL and ELVA, who claim to be the managers, refused to pull up her order.
I called my coworker, and she clicked "I'm here at store" in the app, which then confirmed her order would be ready soon and couldn't be canceled. Despite showing this screenshot, they still refused to make the $5.86 order. When I asked for the store owner's number, they provided a number that rang for 5 minutes before disconnecting while standing in front of Daniel, to which he shrugged and said its a big company.
Any other business owner would have fulfilled the order since it was already paid for. Additionally, the app should not allow you to click "I'm here" if it won't let you pick up the order. McDonald's needs to train their employees, specifically DANIEL AND ELVA, in basic customer service skills and provide a working phone number...

I wanted to go and get something quick, and the line was short so I ordered and got my number I waited 20 minutes for my food, after 15 minutes past by I asked the lady who took my order about my food, she had told me that they were making a new batch of fries. I listened and waited another 5 minutes, nothing. I go a little farther (You can see the fries from there) and there was clearly a bunch of fries in the fryer. This lady was young, and new since I saw the manager talking to her about things being made but seriously? She couldn't even bother to ask how my order was going, even though she was the one who took it she clearly saw me looking at her and looking back at my receipt since we made eye contact about 8 times. Instead of asking the other young lady about my order again I went to talk to a lady putting the food on the counter, I tell her I've been waiting for about 20 minutes and I kid you not she comes with my order in less then 10 minutes. It was warm, and she just made it.. So this other staff member lied to me, I am still mad and it's been over...
