In this review I gave more then zero because of the nice workers. I stopped by for a snack and to have a chat with a friend on a quick work lunch break, the break was in the evening. Upon arrival everyone was nice... It wasnt until a woman in a blue button up shirt came out and started snapping at this customer, I am not sure why. I was ignoring it at first but it was pretty aggressive. There was a kind man with an accent that was very nice then a blonde woman. I saw a black young woman trying to apply for a job and the manager (woman in blue button up), snapped at her and told her she can't help her nor give her a number to apply. And the girl was kind and asked for her name or number of the place and the woman snapped and said YOU DONT NEED MY NAME in front of all the customers and workers. The young woman doesn't even work there and is already being abused. Then I was waiting about 30 mins for my order and the manager was taking the orders and wouldnt help me. She actually called me a name in spanish. A kid feel down outside and then hit her head from a stroller and the workers tried to help the kid and the manager started yelling and telling them something for helping the grandma and the little 2 year old looking baby. Then the manager said lock the door, leaving the grandma and kid out. She also was trying to make me wait on my order longer, because she didnt want to deal with it nor let my handicap friend have a seat. Before I left I could hear the manager yelling at her employees. Read morePoor customer service. The woman who took my order looked miserable. Her tone of voice was not friendly nor welcoming. And, here's a lesson for everyone - please say "thank you" when I have stopped into your establishment and spent my money in your etablishment. I say "thank you" when I receive my change, receive my order. Is it too much to ask you, as a McDonald's employee, to say it? Other people were waiting to place their order inside and all of the employees were busy, naturally, filling other orders. Here's another tip - acknowledge your customer who has come in and is waiting to place their order. It isn't hard to say "Hi. I will be right with you." But instead every single employee didn't even bother to acknowledge the customer waiting. And when an employee finally did come to the counter to take that customer's order was there a "Thank you so much for waiting" response to that customer? Nope. The employee was inconvenienced that he had to take another order. This type of customer service is not unique to this specific McDonalds as I have seen it time and time again at several local McDonalds. I just hope management is well trained enough to realize that your food is not special, cheap, or all that healthy. But you can gain new customers or keep existing ones by simply being kind, acknowledging their presence, saying "thank you." I’m an Uber driver, thanks to this location and the manager who’s on there at midnight cost me money. Clearly has no care for customer service or others working in the food industry, she makes the company look bad. I got there, guess order didn’t come thru, told her to maybe give it a few minutes since sometimes when we get there orders, don’t come through right away which I know they know. She kept on telling me she wouldn’t do anything and that I just had to call the customer and Uber . I told her I’d come up to the window and show her the order, the next thing I know the order is canceled. Apparently she canceled it not thinking that I wouldn’t get paid for my time because clearly she’s uncaring and just had to punish me then when I called Uber I found out that because she canceled. Uber wouldn’t pay me for the 10 to 15 minutes. I spent there waiting to get through the drive-through and pick up the order. I could’ve been out making another delivery and making money.
I’ll be calling corporate and letting them know about this bad behavior and frankly the only way I’d ever go back to McDonald now is they sent me a check for the money? This...
