McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Mc Donald’s? The appereance yes the sing yes! Let’s talk about the service. Employees without a tittle indeed the best service wise, awesome! . But let’s mention MANAGERS OR SUPERVISORS. Wow it is epic. They are the worst if I can give negative stars would do it. Let me share my visit to this place after months of not being here. Reyna one of the managers follows me to the restroom which I see very odd since she was cooking. While Nicole peeping all orders doesn’t even acknowledge what I was trying to tell . I had to repeat myself more than 3 time and all I got was a Hmmmmm ok and a look over the shoulder . Talk about representing a coosporatiom like McDonalds. As I make my way to the restroom I can see someone behind me looking at me up and down almost taping her feet at me. Making af es thinking I must me homeless. As I was washing my bottle of water from the sticke juice I had spilled she is trying to hurry me by making gestures belittling me. Little does she know is that I was just trying to use the restroom and trying to get the the sweet sticky feeling of my hands. She stayed outside the door trying to see what I was doing. I as came out I see that Nicole despite of repeating my self 3 times she did ignore the fact I had someone law with me waiting for the order. The large coffee was cold and the ice cream melted and had obviously forgot to let my friend know the order was ready. One of the employees taking care of the drive thru came to get me the order and do the ice cream cone again as I asked him for both managers name he gives the information and gives both names. I went ahead and asked Nicole what was the name of the other manger and she plain lied to me saying her name was Maria when I knew her name is Reyna. It is outrageous managers feels the need to treat people based on how they looks talk more like DISCRIMINATING /PROFILING . I wonder what this big corporation think of their behavior. Unprofessional, diminishing, racist and over all inhumane. Worst...

I have to say I really don't like to eat at mckey D's but I was there with someone so I went out of my comfort zone as well as out of my dates. Well to be honest the people that work here are miserable, can u blame them? But that being said, they couldn't be worse as far as customer service if they tried. ( Wait a minute, a thought just came to mind. What if they were actually trying to be the biggest jerks in the world, to protest against there terrible working environment? Well in that case they were great at doing "that," couldn't have done "that" any better.) Well now on to my biggest surprise of the night, no not my date trying to get me drunk after taking me to the 4 star restaurant McDonald's. But the almost edible quality and taste of our meal. It was freshly made, fast, and because of their protest, they were so vocal about how they really felt about us and our repeat business. Well I guess if your as lucky as I am, will be seeing each other at number one spot for first dates ( in eagle rock at least), but as for now I have to pretend that am too drunk to possibly have this "top notch-college graduate eagle rocks most eligible man" (otherwise known as my date)into...

Hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have the misfortune of living a mile away and they have NEVER gotten mu order right, the wait has never been less than 15 minutes in the drive thru...inept staff, it is not rocket science. For the love of God shut this place down.

One year later....and the hits just keep on coming. Late night, order a quarter pounder via Uber Eats, regrettably the only McDonald's available is this one...as of this writing it has been 50 minutes and a phone call and still no food prepared. Seriously, I understand it is a menial job but it is a JOB...what is wrong with this place and its staff?

2020: Fast forward to the pandemic era and they are still an absolute circus sideshow. Please just level this franchise location and open up a tire shop, bird feed store, drive thru psychic...anything. The management, quality of food, lack of service and inattention to detail is beyond despicable. 90 minutes waiting for a Big Mac and nuggets, call them...wait ten minutes for someone to pickup to tell me in some weird jibberish that they can't...
