Definitely love this place! We usually order over the phone and we always get greeted by a friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The price is reasonable for the amount of food that you will receive. Their Katsu is the best - my brother and I love it! It’s cooked perfectly and the taste is perfect! Make sure to ask for Katsu sauce because it makes your Katsu taste from really good to really really good (unless you ordered Katsu Curry) The area is clean and even the condiments area organized - great job! I think their dining area is opened now but I usually order take out so you have to call and confirm that with them first. If you live in the valley and want an affordable, filling, and satisfying meal, Q&Q should be on the top of your list to consider.

This Hawaiian barbecue is small but nice. The service is AMAZING!!! And the food is even better!!! The cashier(s) was extremely courteous and nice. And made some very nice recommendations for first timers. The cook was great and made the food quickly. As we were getting our order, one of the patrons was giving the cook a nice compliment about how they cooked their order. And told us that they come here alot due the great service and good their food is as well

Glad to find a good Hawaiian bbq place somewhat close. Easily split the kalua pork plate with a friend and was very full. The mac salad was amazing, the pork so flavorful, and the rice was really well cooked. Only cons were: the musubi is over priced imo and there was a lot of liquid from the pork in my container which made the rice start to get mushy. If you can, eat there so you don’t have to worry about it

The food is always great, customer service however today was just terrible.

Called in an order this morning to pick up, a female answered, she sounded like she didn't even want to answer the phone and when I placed the entire call wasn't pleasant and felt like I was on the phone with someone that was waiting to say, "is that all" and end the call

She told me it'd be ready in few minutes and before I could say thank you she so kindly said, yup thank you and hung up on me

When I arrived I was going to address the rudeness over the phone, I saw who I believed to be the woman I placed my order over the phone with, a heavy set white woman who looked like she was into whatever was on her phone and was in a hurry to get back to jumping back on it and moved as fast as she could to get my order to me,her mood and demeanor seemed like she didn't want to be working on a Sunday, I was never rude and was polite since I work in customer service myself, Yet this woman was a rude as she was over the phone and without failure cut me off as I said thank you once she handed me back my card after my transaction.

I left and was so taken back by her lack of people skills I didn't even ask for the condiments that aren't available over the counter that they usually offer once they bring the order up to the register

I didn't want to try to ask without dealing with a possible attitude, I get it not every job is always a walk in the park but if you're in a job where you got to deal with people daily, forget your phone and pretend to smile and look like you enjoy your job. I don't know, because maybe that...

Wow server Emma Fuentes with the pink faded hair is one hella of a rude employee. No respect towards me as a customer. It was my first time trying out the place. I walked in the store looking at the menu. Then I alerted her on on us being ready to order in a calm matter .She turns with an attitude and mind you, she wasn't busy neither for me to cause such a disturbance. I started to order, and as I'm still talking she decides to cut me off just to say" For here or to go". I couldn't even finish stating my other order. I mean any other restaurants waits till the end to ask the question. That's when I knew she had a random petty attitude toward me for who knows what reason.I never even met the chick or seen her.Don't even live around the area. Then I knew she was feeling sour since she interrupted me. After She bothers to ask me on what I wanted to order again .I didn't repeat my order after that.Even though she was able to remember what I had ordered when she spoke over me .All of a sudden. Seems to me like a petty high schooler in need of more education on customer service. Then as I go sit down at a table .I over hear her talking to one of the cooks saying "LETS keep it between each other".. ..That alerted me !Already a bad start to maybe my food being spit on. Yeah, 'no thanks.I didn't eat it. It was a big shame. I will come back to check on your customer service techniques. I Did see the hiring sign too .I wish the business luck.Hoping they hire a well mannered team player soon. Because I've seen others with similar service. See...

I recently went to this Q and Q Hawaiian BBQ restaurant for a combo meal, which I have done many times in the past, as the food was Always bountiful and delicious. This time I ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken combo and it was Absolutely Disgusting and Totally Inedible! When I came in, there were no other customers and no visible bags out on the counter for any delivery service to pickup. Still, I waited over 40 minutes to receive my order after placing it to take home and after 2 mouthfuls of food, as hungry as I was, I had to throw the plate out, it looked and TASTED that BAD. The chicken strips it came as, were bone dry, looked and tasted old, with skin on the strips that were even drier and just Nasty. The chicken strips were on a bed of very soggy, very large rough cut pieces of unseasoned watery cabbage and 2 very small pieces of raw lemon. The servings of rice and macaroni salad were just okay, but it was totally unbelievable and past disappointing that I had to wait over 40 minutes to receive this mess, that No One with any taste, would dare to eat, not to mention be charged over $13 for the privilege of doing so! I wonder if I had ordered the combo to dine in, (where I could have and would have complained) rather than for take out ( when complaining was less likely, from home), would the combo have been prepared the same nasty way? I’ll never know, but somehow, I doubt that it would have been. In any event, I definitely will Not be going back to this Hawaiian BBQ, no matter how...
