MEET NICK, NICK AND NICK. Three Nicks cutting the ribbon
Nick the Greek was born after one of three close-knit cousins, Nick (Baby Nick), traveled home from a trip to Greece and realized that there was nowhere near home where he could get quality gyros. As second-generation restaurateurs, Nick and his two cousins, also named Nick (Big Nick and Little Nick) decided to start their own modern restaurant concept. The Nick the Greek concept was born. It has grown to become an incredibly popular, multi-unit chain and a restaurant franchise opportunity primed for even more growth!

In lands where shadows roared and shook, There strode a man with steady look. Nick the Greek, with heart of flame, A conqueror the world would name.
A beast of hunger, vast and wild, Ravenous jaws, both fierce and riled, Laid waste to villages, night and day, Till Nick the Greek stood in its way.
With spear in hand and courage true, He faced the monster none yet slew. Its roar was thunder, teeth were knives, But Nick fought hard to save their lives.
Through dust and fire the clash was told, Steel met claw, and heart met bold. Till silence fell, the beast was slain, And peace returned across the plain.
The people cheered, their fears released, Nick the Greek had tamed the beast. And as reward, with smile discreet, He gave me baklava—oh sweet!
Honey and nuts, a sugared crown, Layers of gold that melted down. For telling his tale, my voice would keep, A hero’s song for hearts to reap.
So sing of Nick, the brave, the fleet, Who conquers beasts, then gifts you sweet. A conqueror grand, both fierce and kind, Whose legend lingers in...

Additionally we got the beef-teki plate, which was yummy but the meat patty was small. Again the salad looked good! The pita slices were warm, chewy and tasted fresh. The fries had yummy seasoning and seemed fresh.
I also noticed that they pay attention to details by giving lots of napkins on the side, extra sauces without us asking, and even sprinkling paprika inside the mini tzatziki sauce containers. Nice job guys - details don't...
