Take out very disappointing after an amazing in dining experience a year ago for the person I take care of her 92nd birthday the server was excellent we had a party of 10 the food was on point I believe we had a bottle or two of wine. The server was extremely attentive I'm sure our bill was hundreds of dollars in his tip was generous. We are now in a time where takeout is everything. I drove to pick up the food I ordered it over the phone so there were no mistakes and that's where the problems began the young lady who answered the phone knew nothing about the menu or pricing. I could not find any pricing on the online menu so I had to ask about absolutely everything she became very frustrated after putting me on hold several times or calling back to whoever could answer instead of the appropriate move of management taking over the call they finally did after I ordered 6 things I started the call by telling the person I was ordering at least eight things and I had a lot of questions so there was just no excuse here. I'm also Ada I asked about parking because I didn't want to walk across the whole Mall I was never given the correct answer to my question it was more of a blow off but I found the elevator we used when we dined in. Only problem was that elevator was not in service so I park near the clothes valet and walked across the mall because they didn't do curbside service unless you order through the app. My order was ready I had to actually ask for an itemized receipt as I was only given a copy of my credit card receipt I also had to ask for extra utensils and chopsticks with all the food we ordered only four sets of utensils were included at the time. Someone should have simply asked how many I need. I drove right home and we open the food nothing tasted like it should I was absolutely floored this is the second time I took take out and the second time the food didn't travel well. This will be the last time I take out from pfchangs. I have a lot of patience in these trying times but I do not have patience for all of this they were not even that busy there was no reason I could see for myself as a customer to be treated the way I was treated and the etiquette followed and such an unprofessional manner. The only one that was nice actually was the same server from RN dining experience he's always cheerful always helpful he's the one that got me my receipt when I requested it didn't bat an eye. Read moreIt was my first time here and I can certainly say I will not be returning. The food was good but the service was horrible. We arrived about 7:16pm and had a reservation for 8pm. We were told we couldn’t be seated because there were no tables available which there were. So we waited until 8. Then comes in two large parties. They both get seated immediately and when I asked why they were seated before us the young man at the front desk says because their reservation was for 7:30. They were 30 mins late to their reservation. So they’re late to their reservation and our big table is given to them. So now it’s 8:20 and we haven’t been seated. So I asked if I could speak to the manager and when I did the young boy smiled in a very malicious way and said sure I’ll get her for you. I wasn’t trying to get him in trouble we just wanted to be seated down. The manager comes out and tries handling the situation as best as she could. She first offered to sit us at two different tables because the next large table that was suppose to be for us was still being occupied. She said we could sit at two near by tables or we could wait till the large party finished mind you they had just been served their food. So if we had waited for the larger table we would’ve never been sat down. So the manager suggested she move some tables around. We were now left without a heater in the cold. So I asked the manager if It be possible to move one closer to us and she then mentions that they’re all bolted into the floors except for one and that it’s being used and as soon as that table leaves that she would bring it right over. After 30 mins past our reservation we finally get seated and waiter definitely made the night a bit more pleasant. He was careful about my boyfriend’s allergies and even plated the food accordingly to his allergies which I really much appreciated. Read moreTonight was our first time visiting this visibly nice restaurant with intentions of having a good anniversary dinner celebration, and let me tell you we wont be going back. For starters, we ordered drinks, naturally those SHOULD be served in almost no time. Which was not the case for us, it had been 15 minutes since we ordered drinks, there were plenty of empty tables so they were not slammed with customers and we had a table with no candle light in either of the 2 tabletop candles, was the candles switched out on our visit? No they were not. Our waiter that took our food order checked up on the 2 booths behind us, 2 separate times, without bringing them another item or taking anything away. Each visit to the other booths that our waiter made, he glanced over at our dark, and drinkless table twice. Already feeling disrespected and discriminated, now after 20 minutes of seeing other parties being seated and getting served various drinks damn near immediately even though we were seated and fully ordered before them, I was standing up, about to walk out and pay for just the California roll that my girlfriend was already eating, and then our drinks finally came. I voiced my factual statements of waiting too long for drinks and bad service, the waiter stated there was a food poisoning/allergy issue, which had nothing to do with us, or so I thought. Against my better judgment, and my girlfriend's obvious excitement to eat there, we stayed. As a result, she is now regurgitating thee entire meal since she was the only one that ate the California roll. We shared everything else.
