I had the pleasure of experiencing Philz Coffee for the first time a few year back and it was the best coffee I had ever had. Unfortunately there weren’t any close to where I lived at the time, but now there are and I must say it has been my favorite coffee spot ever since that first cup. At this location The staff exudes kindness and warmth, making each visit a delightful experience. Their drinks are simply incredible, crafted with a minimalist approach using only coffee beans, cream, and sugar. Occasionally, using mint and cardamom in some drinks, which are my personal favorites. The Philharmonic and the tantalizing Turkish, both have mint and cardamom, and they are simply amazing. This simplicity is what sets them apart, as the unique flavor profiles come solely from the high-quality coffee beans they use. I appreciate how Philz Coffee stays true to the essence of coffee, without relying on syrups or artificial flavorings that can mask the true taste of the brew. The result is a pure and authentic coffee experience that satisfies the senses and leaves a lasting impression. I recently orderer a mint mojito. I was really excited to try the mint mojito at Philz coffee, but to my disappointment, the drink was not prepared correctly. The employee, Matthew, didn't even bother to shake the drink, and there were only two sad little mints on top. It tasted awful, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the drink.

I left the store feeling disappointed and let down. As a customer, I expect to receive a consistently high-quality product, but that was not the case with this drink. Matthew needs to pay attention to the details and make sure he is preparing each drink correctly.

Philz coffee needs to improve their employee training and quality control measures to ensure that every drink is prepared correctly and meets the same standard of quality. I hope they take my feedback seriously, and I expect to see some improvements in their services. Otherwise might stop ordering here completely, as it has happened a few...

For bad customer service! You have found it! Here is the best place for that! Found this location closest where I had to be and figured why not! Philz is my favorite coffee and I usually travel to get Philz but I would rather go further than this location to get a better experience. On Yelp it says they close at 5:30 on Saturdays and on google it says they close at 7 on Saturday as well. We got there at 4:55 and we were not served because according to their barista, they close at 5!!! The barista was very rude. We had explained that we came from far away specifically for Philz and he refused and basically told us to leave. there were still two people sitting there and other baristas were also still making coffee. I will never step a foot in this Philz location. The staff here definitely need some training for customer...
