Potato Corner - Northridge — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I finally took the chance to try this Potato Corner inside Northridge Fashion Center mall tonight. I walked past this little stand on the first floor so many times but never stop by to try them until tonight. My wife was shopping and I wanted a snack so I remember this store was here. I looked at their menu and knew I wanted french fries. The price is high, it's like paying amusement park prices. After looking at their menu I went to order and got the mega box, original fries with bbq flavor. While I was waiting for my fries to be ready, I saw they give free sample so when the fries were done, I asked for a sample with chili bbq flavor. I thought the chili bbq flavor is better than the regular bbq flavor. While waiting for my fries, I saw how they mix the fries with the spices. This was not the owners fault. It was a error from the processing company. My information was not stolen, but it did mess things up. I was contacted and apologized to. I appreciated that! All has been forgiven! Going forward I will pay in cash, but now, I get my delicious fries!!

Previous post: I am so angry right now! I like the fries so me and my daughter frequent this place and because of Covid they asked for my credit card number. I gave it to them and they had to bring my food to the door of the mall. Months later my card was charged $2260. The day before Thanksgiving. I will never return to the place. Bad Business!!! I’m not sure what happened to this potato corner because I remember this place being awesome but ever since a month or two ago I’ve been having bad experiences here (3 times in a row). First time I bought one mega fry and it took 2 hours for me to get my fries (it wasn’t busy either). Second time the cashier was extremely rude, impatient, and kind of strongly suggested me not to order Third time my order got skipped twice and the purple haired girl making the fries gave me attitude when I asked for the extra seasoning I ordered. She also dropped my fries aggressively on the counter and didn’t bag them.
