I work at the mall and I decided to go and get ONE item from the menu which was a noodle soup. I asked Tanya if I could place an order and come pick it up during my break. She was making it confusing and difficult to order because she had told me that they weren’t taking any more orders at 7:45 pm. It was 7:07 pm at the moment I placed my order. I had placed my order 25 minutes before getting sent to my break to not wait so much during my break since I only had a short one. I told her that I would be coming back to pick it up during my break which was between 20 to 30 minutes. when I came to pick it up, she had told me that it was not ready because they were working on a “big order”. Why would you start working on a big order when you know that you had a pre-order that was going to be picked up around an estimated time? They could’ve at least set my order aside since I had already paid for it and it was only 1 thing. This is where I started getting a little frustrated because I was already on my break. I asked her how long it would take. She told me she didn’t know that she was estimating around 15 to 20 minutes. I couldn’t really wait that but I told her I would. She had a small attitude during this conversation, which I didn’t really appreciate because it seems like she’s always like that. I come back after waiting a little bit and I asked her this time if it was at least getting started on, it was not. This is where I started getting mad because I had told her I would be picking it up during my break not within 45 minutes to avoid waiting. I only ordered ONE thing out of the menu, not the whole menu, and I still couldn’t get my food in the end. There was bad communication and attitude from her. When I asked for my money back, she made a little problem out of it too, saying that she couldn’t give it back to me because she needed a code. Tanya, don’t go to work if you’re gonna be in a bad mood and giving people weird faces. Just very upset with the attitude, lack of communication, not being able to get my food, and prioritizing an order she received...

The noodles are freshly pulled to order, the beef is tender juicy, and the broth is deeply flavorful. Very authentic flavors. I got the spicy which had the kick i wanted.
Very quick service. As soon as I put in my order, chef comes out to pull the noodles. It's amazing. It reminds me of what I experienced in Taiwan.
